It's okay if you turn your brain off while reading. Was able to finish only b/c I wanted to know how it ended (not worth btw). People throwing pity parties for themselves the whole time. MC dies mostly b/c he's too upset to actually get treatment. Not sure why the doc liked the MC in the first place. The MC's cheating bf was also strange, although I guess all relationships change after a long period of time like 10 years, but it was just strange I guess. The MC's bf's fling was a super strange character too - just randomly commits suicide b/c he can't handle that he's not the main chick?? bizarre
