dropped 2021-02-11 03:08 marked story doesn't have much substance but art is good. caught up on ch 38, may read when it's finished, may not.

dropped after 68 chapters. The plot is just very boring. I was kind of just rooting for the bodyguard to get some action more than the main leads. The whole reason the FL approaches the ML and becomes his "fiance" is really stupid since apparently she could've just broken off her original engagement with money. Also doesn't make sense that the duke is the head of the "old nobility" (at least on the surface), but then he gets engaged to someone who is "nouveau rich". Just feels like the author was lacking foresight with planning...

All the conflict was really pretty minor, and could have been solved with better communication. Like even Seowon being bullied as a kid could've been avoided if instead of constantly declining to hang out at the PC bang with his classmates without saying why, if he explained that he had to pick up his little bro. I'm sure all the classmates would've understood why he couldn't come, and he wouldn't have to go. All this trauma easily avoided...

cried reading this, it really hit me in the feels

caught up at ch38. this is another story where the plot itself isn't good and the characters are kind of annoying (esp the female lead), but i still want to keep reading to find out how it ends!
