So I had a hard time feeling the chemistry between the two characters but it was still interesting and the side stories are better on the romancing front - all in all it was okay

don't know why ppl in the comment are being like that, it's actually good in all aspects - the characters, the storyline, the romance, the length and depth, it was all fine and I liked it

DAMN I LIKE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! The way Jeho and Seongrok interact is so cute in a really fucked up way and I FUCKING LOVE IT! Update s2 it's SO FREAKING SAD I hope they get a happy ending I don't care about the murders and all I just want them to be happy and far away from all this shit T_T chap 85 things are going better and I think they may set the whole world on fire and escape to a better life yet chap 94 oh how wrong I was, how candid, how naïve... I'm looking forward to Je-oh fucking that woman's life in season 4 but I'm not looking forward to the moment when Seong-rok will wake up without his memories or some shit because it's bound to happen T-T anyway, I'm hyped for season for and I hope side couple becomes a real couple and the rich guy helps them to redeem himself to his boo <3

Where's the honeymoon seggs????? T-T Besides that, their sex is SOOOOOOO HOOOOOT it's one of the best out there and this is funny as all hell I just wish we could have gotten a bit more like that famous honeymoon part THAT WE DIDN'T GET WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Damn, this author is soooo good at slice of life, this one was a bit bittersweet, a bit of drama and a good ending I love it

I erased all previous notes so to future me: just remember I'm a genius and guessed the whole story up until chap. 40 (for now b/c I read to chap 39 so just to be safe, my theory for the rest of the story is that Seong-Ah will get to stay alive by killing the bad doppelganger Daewoo - there it is, it's the end of the story after much drama) Okay so we're at chapter 63 and the plot is plotting hard (also I feel like bad doppelganger Daewoo won't die sadly so I DIDN'T guess the whole story because it took such an unexpected turn) chap. 65 OMG ML is so pure and cute really I feel so sad for him, suffering from his dad and from misplaced guilt must have been so hard for him chap 66 I just want all of the angels to just kindly die now Chap 82 Once Wooyeol remembers it's aaaaaaaaaaaah

So hear me out, it's not a great love story but I'm not in it for that and it apparently is waaaay softer than the original novel so I am kinda hoping for some kind of Stockholm Syndrome ending with a very screwed up obsessive version of 'love' on Ilay's part I'm so shameless that this looses one star because of Xinlu the little bitch, HE was so toxic, like the worst kind because you don't see it coming until suddenly he pressures you into being raped and tries to control your whole life (at least with Ilay you know what you're getting yourself into, though you don't have a way to prevent it from happening) chap 110 they talk and Ilay apologises, it's funny that it took him 110 CHAPTERS to do so lol

There's a bit of a lull in the middle but then everything is explained at the end and it makes so much sense (if you know to read between the lines and really it's not that hard here) and it's such an interesting twist just at the right timing that it actually raised my interest in the series (still secretly wished it was a typical beta-turned-omega trope where they end up with children and we get to see them even tho that's what I hate in those stories and I would probably have hated it too if it had happened T_T)
