Travelling Through the Universe's Flower
The female lead is a freaking idiot. I especially hate it when authors do this, declaring their protagonists geniuses, and failing to deliver. Readers aren't dumb. Just because you say she's a genius doesn't mean she is one. It's even worse, because she herself says she is a genius. Real geniuses won't call themselves geniuses, unless they're conceited pricks. Either way, you shouldn't do that. The world she travels to is a strange mix of ancient China and modern Western era, which makes zero sense. If they have flying airships, why is she using a bronze mirror? Yeah, this webtoon is just dumb. And she falls in love with the jerk who got off the airship at first sight. Genius, my ass. The only good thing about this is the art, which utilizes the webtoon format with the verticality of the panels to show time travel.
When My Pet Became the Villain
This webtoon makes no sense. The introduction of the types of people that exist is weird, they're literally One, Two, Three, Four in Spanish. And what is the purpose of Cero? Why is she calling someone she's never met a villain? I can't even tell if this is isekai or not. How the hell did her dog become a person? WTF??? The art is average. The puppy is the best part of the promo, hands down.
A Trivial Extra in a Dating Sim
I'm confused why she's called a trivial extra, because it seems like she's the main character, who is a saint. Why did the game even bother asking her to choose and confirm her love target if it's fine to pursue any of them to win the game? That was just idiotic. It would have made more sense to show all the available types of men to date, and then she clicked enter, and then give her the mission once she transmigrated. Has the author even played an Otome game before? Literally, you don't choose from the very beginning, you fall into a path, or you actively chase after your desired target. How ridiculous. The art is average for this kind of webtoon.
Auto-mode Expired in the 6th Round of the Otome Game
Although I liked the first chapter, the second chapter was a disaster. I'm sure the translator knows the meaning of what was said in Japanese, because I read the parts that hadn't been cleaned off, and it was accurate, but the English made no sense sometimes. This needs to be proofread to make it flow more smoothly in English. It was weird to randomly flashback about the female lead and her teacher, who I already hate because he's a playboy type, yuck. I don't see why she needs to care about the otome game characters anymore, since she's free to act how she wants now, so there's no way she'd fall into a villainess route, because she's not evil anymore. She doesn't have any strong motivations or desires, and nothing really changes from the first chapter, which sucks. How can a manga go downhill in just two chapters, that's too fast. Maybe the light novel is better. The art is average for a shoujo manga.
Nam Goong Sae Ga Prince
Way too much crap happens in the first chapter, which is divided into two parts. In the first half, he returns home, which seems innocent enough. But oh my god, you'd never guess that he returned from some weird world that has two moons and time flows differently, where he actually spent 15 years and befriended a prince and so much other stuff which is just dumped on readers in the second half. He comes back and he looks like he hasn't gone through all that at all, so I'm not buying his fantastical story. Even his appearance hasn't changed a bit. Shouldn't he look older if he spent 15 years in real time, or is this some magic BS? And he could return to his original world at will? Because it took a mysterious explosion to get him to the world with two moons in the first place. Nothing makes sense so far. The art is average for a webtoon. Maybe this will get better as more chapters are released to explain his experiences, but so far I'm not buying what you're selling.
Territory Management For The First Time, By The Adventurers Of Level 99
Boring, and rather confusing story so far. Male lead is isekai'd to a magic world where he has a almost-harem of girls adventurers (not quite yet because no one is in love with him) and now they've defeated the boss, he needs to do administrative work. I don't get why they skipped the interesting parts to go right for the mundane jobs that most people would avoid when reading manga. The art is definitely below average, it's so simplistic and uses large swatches of utter blackness to color in clothing and other details.
21st Century Journey to the West
So good! I really want this to be continued! All the character designs are on point with the Journey to the West characters. I love how it's basically following the original story line, especially with the tiger. Please update!
An Active Hunter in Hokkaido Has Been Thrown into a Different World
Seems like a run-of-the-mill isekai, but with a hunter character. I'm not sure why the Hokkaido part is important, since he immediately got isekai'd to another world which is most definitely not Hokkaido. He's a beginner hunter, so it wouldn't make much of a difference anyway. The first couple pages seem to be unrelated to the rest of the chapter, it may be a flashback or flashforward, very odd placement in any case. The art is good, especially for the backgrounds, the shading is really realistically done.
Ansatsu Skill de Isekai Saikyou: Renkinjutsu to Ansatsujutsu o Kiwameta Ore wa, Sekai o Kage kara Shihai suru
Assassin player in a VRMMORPG is isekai'd to another world by a goddess, except it's not a VR world anymore. He's tasked to assassinate an evil god, for which he'll be rewarded if he succeeds. There's a lot of explaining in the first chapter, but I feel it is too much info-dumping, which may be unnecessary, since he's no longer in the game world he was in. Basically, it was a lot of bragging about how strong he is, and how unique of an assassin he is. The goddess has no head and very big breasts, which I don't like, because that's typical Japanese fanservice...sigh... The art is somewhat decent, but not noteworthy. The male lead doesn't seem too intelligent, which is typical of a shounen character.
The Lady Wants to Rest
