this is wholly MAGICAL. normally, i would’ve written some waaaay more extensive commentary for a story as exquisitely beautiful as this one, but i’m currently in a major depressive slump, so the gears in my head aren’t exactly working properly… which sucks ass, to be completely honest with you. but, in any case!!! my god, this might just be one of the best manhwas i’ve ever read. (and i’ve read a lot of those, oof.) simply put, i’m just wholly enthralled. captivating writing, gorgeous & expressive art, lovely character & emotional development… there’s literally ZERO aspects to complain about. it’s perfect. i love bayan and dahn’s natural chemistry, ughhhh. it’s so depressingly wholesome i could CRY. their bond is so fucking precious. and beautiful. and enviable. and the overall dynamics of the story is just… ON. POINT. it’s simply outstanding writing! 100/10, would absolutely recommend. (just impatiently awaiting the side stories now!!!)

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG. two chapters in and i’m already OBSESSED, my god!!! i expected this, knowing it’s the same author who created ‘return of the mad demon’, but still, man… i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again: i RELISH in exquisite power-trips, i kid you the fuck not. i’m so stoked already! edit: legit one of the most simp-worthy characters i’ve come across in a loooong ass time. i Physically cannot contain myself, that’s how fucking pumped up i am. the art, the fights, the carnage, the power; sheer SUPREMACY of this man… y’all wouldn’t understand what’s happening inside my body right now even if i told you, lmfao. truly, it’s been AGES since i took this many screenshots from just one comic… and i haven’t even reached chapter 16 yet. wjfiakxjakdhwksk. difiwovuapjclandalz. oajfisbskajxjwhs. good lord, SEND. ME. SOME. FIRST. FUCKING. AID. i legit won’t make it at this point, my heart’s going rampant. and yes, i’m still feeling and reeling from the aftershocks of these past few chapters. words can’t express how hyped up i am right now. epic epic EPIC. what a violent masterpiece, goddammit. beautiful, overwhelming brutality at its finest. <33 edit #2: i’ve caught up by now, and i’m actually even MORE immersed than i was an hour ago… believe it or not, lol. this is such a golden find, genuinely. underrated as fuck as well, i’m assuming. good grief, i’m so excited to continue this!!! these constant buildups are just freakin’ EXCEPTIONAL. never a dull moment, and i’m loving for it! slay them aaaall papi. legit, he’s so fucking attractive and enthralling i could SCREAM. those mannerisms of his will be the death of meeee. (and his adonis-like looks, too, obviously.)

shit, i absolutely adore this!!! nighttime heimdal senpai, please step on meeee. i’ve never seen a split personality character done this way, though… and i genuinely think it’s been pretty a freakin’ great story thus far! i wonder if day and night will merge together at some point and become one personality…? i’d love that, heh. i do like them both… but ahhh, crimson eyes does something to meeeee, i won't deny it! (can’t really help it, either.) i’m so looking forward to seeing this plot unravel!!! and for the ship to finally set sail. ;) hopefully there won’t ‘have to’ be a choice in the mix. it’d be nice if all the romancey things unfolded naturally (?) for these guys. (although i wouldn’t mind a three-way relationship between these people, either… lololol)

this deserves waaaay better ratings. wow, the dynamics!!! i genuinely, absolutely, wholly ADORE this. unique, exquisite writing, if you ask me! clever, ingenious dialogue with plot twists at every turn... beautifully complex characters with intriguing relationships, too. i can’t say i’ve read anything like this before; at least in comparison to everything else i’ve seen from this particular genre in the past. it’s just so… enticing. and unexpected. and melancholy. man, talk about a hidden gem! i’m honestly unable to grasp why the ratings would be at 8.8 when the quality’s this good with art this expressive and individuals this original. judgment truly MUST be a subjective notion… i just don’t get y’all on this one, sheesh. it’s a shame, really. i feel that readers aren’t doing this story justice. in my own personal opinion, this is an amazing story with excellent potential. can’t wait to see what’s in store for these people!!!

the personality of this dude, y’all… LMFAOOOO. he’s such a savage little scammer, it’s so fucking funny. <33 other than that, i’m enjoying all these power-trips!!! great buildups and nice art; it kinda feels like a combo of “tomb raider king,” “ranker’s return” and “solo leveling,” lol. i’m not complaining! it’s overall a great read, and super entertaining at that. the title isn’t really all that befitting, though… ‘newbie’??? as if, lol. i don’t get that particular word choice. but hey, despite that small detail, i’m enjoying myself nonetheless!!!

because the people in the comment section keeps bashing our amazing female lead: i really, truly don’t get y’all. i’ve seen so much growth with these two, it’s actually INSANE. i love them together; they make each other better, and they have so much respect for each other and all of their baggage. the more i read, the more i fall in love with it. amazing writing!
