Had a promising premise but also had a lot of plot holes. Like, how did he became the deity of some sort and why did the seme assumed that it was his tears that's making it rain? Also, crying too much takes a toll in your eyes and head. I feel sorry for the rain makers. I hope they heard of cloud seedings or idk, actually trying to find another way to find a better water source. It's the 20th century ffs
