i love how realistic their relationship is and they don't show a 40 year old man as a 20 year old who just says hes old. like theres actually aging. and also how they grow into best friends and loving partners to each other is really nice and realistic.

i think i might just be dumb but i really didn't get the story parallels . it was cute tho but i couldn't rly understand most of it. maybe if i come back later in life and re read it then i could figure it out but for now it was just cute
