Portrait (natsume Kazuki)
Labradorescence
honestly i truly loved this manga bc it was nust so beautiful in many ways. i think it rly did embody what it wanted to show with photographs and just people in general. that you can see things on the surface level or just barely read into things and make a basic assumption but if you look more attentively or try to understand something, you’ll find something deeper and meaningful. there are always things happening or there can be meanings behind things even in places you can’t see. their friendship turned relationship was so subtle and i really like their dynamic. they are both such awkward people in different ways and you can just feel how drawn they are to each other. they make you feel a sense of nostalgia and how it feels making friends for the first time (if not something more). they just click and you can see their ability to be comfortable by each others side but also aware of the distance closing between them IDK IF THET MAKES SENSE. but this manga feels like an ocean wave and is very calming 10/10
