In a time of turmoil, Seok Hwa questions the City’s policy focus on developing a vaccine but not a cure, and as a result, Kwak Soohwan and Seok Hwa develop more and more animosity....

This time he will make sure to do things in right order. He joined again The Arcane Legion, and met again Kishiar, the commander of Arcane Legion, which is a duke/noble from the royalty.
