Mahiro Okazaki, who informs him: “I’ve had my eye on you for a while, cutie~” - Chapter 6 - Neverdays Yuu is a normal high schooler. One day, he finds himself getting confessed to by his childhood best friend, Minato. Accepting his feelings, the two begin dating and things seem perfect; but why does Minato keep acting so strangely sad...? —- Liked the first pairing the best. The pretty ikemen top and manly bottom combo is just so cute. Rei’s clingy-ness is also just so adorable~ I love pining- The story starts on an odd note, but as their relationship developed, I thought it was really cute. It’s a simple and lighthearted type of manga, and that’s just how I like it honestly lol. Not into the second story, rape, abuse, and loveless relationships just aren’t my thing. This was what mainly drug down the score I gave this. Third couple is another dumb fun kind of ordeal. The teacher/student and dubcon thing is... questionable, but if I turn off my brains alarm bells, then it’s fairly chill. Nothing great, but not bad either. Fourth couple was a good read. The mystery surrounding the plot had me pretty engaged, and I’m a sucker for some childhood-friend action lol. The angst was also quite good, and it added a layer to their relationship. For a one-shot, it’s one of the better ones I’ve read.

Sho is an openly gay man with a thing for cute blushing. His type of guy has always been cute in the past, but upon seeing Nao (whose appearance differs greatly from who he has dated before) crossdressing on stage at an event, his immediate thought is that no one else has ever looked that cute! —- This one’s so cute and fluffy omg. Both parties are so sweet and loving to each other, and I can’t take iiiiiit. I feel that the conflict they get into in the middle is a tad unnecessary/stupid, since it could be easily solved if Nao was a faster talker, and Sho stopped for 2 seconds to listen, instead of running away. But besides that, it’s such a nice and chill story, and while it may be short, I really enjoyed it.

Yuuya keeps failing at getting a job. Frustrated and looking for change, he goes to get a tattoo. At the shop, he meets a flashy foreign-looking young man, named Atsushi. Having fallen in love at first sight, Atsushi manages to get Yuuya into his bed. He now hopes to be able to keep him there. —- This has a lot of things that I like. It also has a lot of things that I hate. I think that the puppy-love vibe coming from Atsushi is great; pining is my jam. That they got together as early as they did was something that surprised me, but pleasantly so. No beating around the bush, let’s live together! Yuuya’s design is also pretty cute imo. I also really liked how chill Atsushi’s “brother/friend” was. What I hated was Atsushi’s possessiveness and abusive behaviour. He tried to isolate Yuuya, have him be completely reliant on Atsushi for everything, and got extremely upset whenever Yuuya had to stay out a little later than normal. This seems to have been intended as at least mildly funny, but I don’t agree with that sentiment. This is not cute, it’s alarming. Their physical altercation did not help. I mean, BITCH, HE DEADASS CHOKED YOU...! I get that Atsushi is possessive because he was abandoned, and can’t bear the thought of going through that again, but I do t think that’s an excuse to choke your boyfriend????
