The first story arc, Maki 'ghosts' on his lover Hayama and rents out his apartment to a coworker while his lover is on a trip. Hayama waits for Maki to return in vain, but won't admit to himself that he's been abandoned. Will the new roommate be able to coax out true love with Hayama? Next story is about childhood friends who grow into lovers.
