Lost in the Cloud

Ongoing | Kim Pas | 2000 released

It made me cryyyy, the story is very dark and angsty and i live for it.. i feel so bad for skylar, poor babie didn't deserve to go through all that sh— im signing up for skylar protection squad Edit: i reread this again, coz I have forgotten about it. I realized that it can be triggering esp if you have unresolved trauma. I couldn't bring myself to stop reading even though it emotionally and mentally hurts me. It's honestly cool how art nad writing can make you feel all sorts of stuff.

The Best Smell

Complete | Lee Man-Se | 2000 released

I absolutely adore this manhwa. Instead of heavy plots with dark themes BL, I prefer these more. I love the slowburn and all the tooth-rotting fluff this has. Kanggo's family is absolute chaos and I'm living for it. As for Kamin, get him out of his home like ASAP. His family treats him like absolute sh— and he doesn't deserve that treatment. Edit: My stomach hurt from laughing too much and my jaw hurts from smiling all throughout this series. I seriously wanted more and did not even realize it is kind of long, almost a hundred chapters? My final thoughts abt this is that it is a refreshing read, I'm in love with the characters and the story progression. Would definitely reread and I urge you to read it since its sooooo good. Not a single minute of your time will be wasted.

The Two Lions

Complete | Nagisa Furuya | 2000 released

This mangaka never disappoints, I've been following their works for years already. There's just something inherently pleasing about her stories and I love to read them over and over again.

Cloudburst

Complete | 채팔이,Seo jua | 2019 released

This totally gave me butterflies ADGSSGAHAH, help. I love the way that it's slowburn and that they discuss their work in shoe design in such detail that it intrigues me so. I love these kinds of stories where it's romance yes, but it doesn't just fully revolve around their relationship and tackles more about struggles outside of it like work, family, so on and so forth. Also, am I blind or the artstyle changed midway, I think the colors were a bit more vibrant and it became more detailed as well? Anyways I'm surely relieved that it's just on hiatus coz I assumed the worst thinking it was discontinued or dropped by the scan team.
