Cute story about an elementary school boy rejecting the confession of his best friend and chases after him later in high school. Cute

Literally makes no sense why uke is being blackmailed. Asshole seme utterly unlovable. Don’t understand how the story can progress from blackmail to love. Only redeeming quality is the art and story telling. Dialogues and flow is good but the plot and characters are trash
