I read this years ago, but I make the time each year since to reread it. The art is absolutely stunning and the relationship of the characters are so complex and interesting. It's also adorably funny! I definitely recommend this and the author's other works!

I think everyone can agree that this manga became an instant classic and is seriously one of the most beautiful manga out there. And it's honestly just amazingly, beautifully simple in both the art, its characters, the story lines, and so on. You can say it's somewhat cliche, but I think that it's just the portrayal of simple, human desire. Definitely a must-read for everyone.

Wow, this healed me, broke me, and healed me. This is an absolute gem, an utterly beautiful story that spans the life of the two characters. But I will never read it again. The heartbreak was just too much for me, but my heart was healed. There's a drama out now, but I can't even bear to watch that too TAT
