From what I gather, these brothers family are some kind of a cult where they do inbreeding to protect their bloodline. As a result of years of practice, the descendants will only attracted to each other so that's why the 3 brothers love each other. But since they're the last descendants and none of them could carry a child (duh, they're male), the bloodline will end with them and because of that they indulge in their desire for each other even though they knew what they're doing are wrong. Also noted that the attraction between Tsubaki and Akou was stronger than their's with Enjo because Enjo's mother was, presumably, not siblings with Tsubaki's mother and Akou's mother.
