Morally speaking, I always against TeacherxStudent realtionship bcs one of the person involved most likely a minor. The adult involved, the one who holds the power over the minor, should know their boundaries and stop any type of sexual relationship. But..... this manga is too cute and not bcs the way the Kazuki (uke) acts but bcs the exchange between him and Mr. Miwa the teacher. Mr. Miwa himself portrayed as someone with easy going and chill personality and not succumbed to power play even once he found out that Kazuki lowkey liked him. Well let's see if this get better or worse...
