Missing chapter???? But even without that problem, the narration of this story was bad

This is genius. The story was extraordinary; the idea of a poison-eating, half human-half bird creature was magnificent. And the author got the idea from eating blowfish. It was thoroughly written with full knowledge of biology and transformed it into a mythical fantasy. I especially impressed by ch 6; the process of pollination of Arisaema flower, its sex-changing process could be told in romantic way.

It's too confusing for me to read this now. All the complicated trends and phrases just get me nowhere. I've read up till chapter 7
