uke gets amnesia from car accident. kinda typical boring story, but it got a tear out of me. don't particularly like the characters, they feel flat, especially uke. he finds out he's living with seme. seme insists they're just friends but uke feels like there's something more there. he gets his friend to restore his phone and gets his data back. he sees old photos of him with seme and remembers everything. then he goes to confront seme and they get back together happily.

uke struggling with being gay. both parents dead. his mom died first and his single father was a cop. died in an accident. he was a bad kid and now feels bad for how he acted around his dad. but he didn't want his dad to know he was gay. well turns out his dad already suspected it. and his dad was mentoring seme who was also struggling cuz he was gay and didn't know what to do with himself. now seme is also a cop and started working in uke's neighbourhood. seme is weird and keeps saying he will be uke's wife. uke doesn't accept it until he realizes seme was his first crush back when he was like in elementary school. seme had come over to consult with uke's dad and was crying outside on the steps cuz he was gay and struggling. uke hugged him and apparently liked him since then?? and after uke realizes now he has feeling for seme too???? whole story is bizarre and like random pieces thrown together. doesn't fit well. doesn't feel cohesive. also some random coworker likes uke and tries to fight with seme for uke but that barely lasts 1 chapter....

friends from high school now doing comedy together as a duo for 2 years since graduating. seme likes uke this whole time. uke never notices despite seme saying it all the time cuz it's part of their comedy routine now. typical sunshine low confidence uke. he gets jealous when he overhears another guy proposing to form a duo with seme. and uke just retreats instead of saying anything..... so it seems like uke is already giving up..... and seme is sad uke's distancing himself. later on they solve this but in his happiness seme confesses his love for real and kisses uke. uke ofc now knows how seme feels and things are just starting to get awkward but they receive an offer to be on tv. ofc they're super happy and work hard towards it. they do pretty well on tv despite making some mistakes. but they rely on their old comedy style of seme loving uke and w/e idk i'm not into this weird slapstick japanese humour...... and in the end they kiss when they step off stage but it's captured by the camera and the staff see them kissing more..... and i guess nobody cares and it actually helps them get more popular?? kinda fake lol

really sweet relationship between seme and uke. love how naturally they fall in love. but it's left me with questions about what exactly happened between them that made them separate during high school. basically they are high school classmates and both like writing. seme's mom and dad are both famous in field of literature so he has big shoes to fill. during a writing contest he plagiarizes an idea he got from someone else and turns out much later it was uke's idea he plagiarized. he didn't know either for so long. and he wanted someone to join his literature club, so he recruited uke who was quiet and kept to himself cuz he had family and financial problems. sad poor uke stereotype with puppy sunny rich family seme. anyway they get closer through the club and both obviously like each other and uke is receptive to seme's advances, always. i really like that uke never pushes him away when seme kisses him and sometimes uke says things to get uke to come to him. like this uke is not shy for affection and saying what he wants. but then later uke shows seme a page from is diary and seme realizes it's somehow the story idea he plagiarized for a contest way back. he got first place and uke got second. he feels guilty cuz uke could have really used the prize money and now he feels bad knowing he did this to uke. so i guess he stopped talking to uke after that. and ignores uke when uke asks what's wrong. and 7 years go by. one day uke shows up at seme's workplace where he works at his mom's publishing company. they kinda act like nothing happened in the past and start rekindling their relationship again. uke is fine putting it behind them but seme feels so guilty still. this time uke actually makes the first move to kiss seme cuz he can tell still likes him and he likes seme too. and uke still having family problems cuz his family needs money and his mom later falls sick. seme has quit writing but uke wants to write and seme supports him being his editor. uke almost quits writing again after his mom needs surgery, but seme supports him and i guess they get past their past issues together by being together during uke's time of vulnerability with his mom sick. idk i'm so confused by this ending. feels like some shit is not explained and idk what happened between them back then and now...... like a lot of the story is told through flashback which is cool and works good most of the time, but i am getting confused wtf happened. and story ends with 1 year later uke has published his own book with seme's help. and they are still together but not living together cuz uke wants to take care of his mom until she retires. this was a best level story until the last 10 chapters left me fucking confused. and i hate these angsty ukes with sad backstories. this one is honestly not bad cuz he's a strong dude who doesn't make it his whole life and still enjoys time with seme despite his family's struggles. not throwing himself a pity party. it's realistic. but still ugh in the end too much sad shit with his mom getting sick too......

both characters unlikable. uke never says what he thinks. seme is wishy washy and doesn't follow through with his feelings too. seme and uke friends in high school and both like each other but never saying anything. on graduation seme kisses uke but then is like oops and uke takes it the wrong way and runs off, blocking seme's number. years later they meet again at a high school reunion. both have been divorced. seme just divorced and needs to move out and suggests rooming with uke who was divorced and now has a space room. uke's cool with it and seme moves in. they're really compatible living together and doing well. but then seme gets drunk and kisses uke and uke is not sure wtf is happening. so next morning uke just pretends nothing happened and seme doesn't say anything either. then seme goes back to his old place to pick up some stuff, but when uke asks where he's been, he says with a friend and uke gets mad........ but like wtf, the ex-wife is technically just a friend now and not anything more........ but uke gets mad at seme for hiding that?? and says seme is never clear or some shit but seme throws back rightfully that it was uke who ran away and always playing a victim. honestly happy to see a passive uke get called out like this cuz too often they are given a pass. even some bitch mad at seme in the bato comments ugh. anyway, after that seme removes himself cuz he doesn't want to fight and just goes to work next day and decides he should move out. but uke is sad that seme didn't come home and goes to seme's hotel to find him. then he confesses and finally they get together and fuck. i guess they're ok now and together.

I LOVE THIS AUTHOR AHHHHHHHHH uke was in high school and shy. his sis gave him a makeover and he went off to a gay bar. met seme and was going to spend one night together but seme found out he's in high school and stopped. uke asked for a photo to remember this night and seme agreed. 5 years later uke is a famous idol now. he still looks at seme's photo all the time and has posters of the photo all over his room cuz he's a fan of seme lol. there's a stalker problem and seme gets hired to be uke's bodyguard. they get close and seme starts to like uke seeing how hard he's working and how cute uke is. when seme gets injured protecting uke from the stalker, they get even closer cuz seme purposely acts like his arm isn't working well and needs uke's help. uke kinda lets slip what was obvious all along, that he loves seme. and seme says ok after your concert tour let's do whatever we want. so after the tour they meet up again and have sex. i guess they're together for sure now. seme isn't uke's bodyguard anymore i think cuz the stalker thing is over. and seme went to see uke's concert which was so cute. honestly love it. i kind of wish we could better see seme's feelings develop, but it's pretty good. we do get some moments where we see seme stand up for uke cuz his feelings are changing and him getting kinda jealous of the other idol group members close with uke.

super cute shounen-ai. uke and seme start feeling things for each other after a bit of misunderstanding makes seme think uke likes him. uke starts to actually like him. and seme actually starts to like uke after seriously considering whether to return uke's feelings that he thinks uke had lol. anyway, it's a very cute light-hearted manga. no messed up drama between them. things always get solved with communication and their love for each other... also a side straight couple here. we see them graduating and going to kyoto for uni together.

light story about an esper and guide. lots of drama but all easily solved. seme and uke are from different factions of espers and guides. kinda like from different countries. uke was sent on a mission out in the wilderness like no man's land. there he meets seme's group. a monster attacks them and uke is separated from his group. he follows seme cuz he can't do anything by himself. at first seme doesn't like uke, but then he realizes uke can properly guide him. seme is s-class and nobody could guide him properly before. so after that they go along together and finally get to a village. seme calls his faction and they rescue them. seme makes uke pretend to be a random villager from the wilderness and not say he's from another faction. at first uke is not happy and wants to leave, but he starts feeling like it's okay living with seme. but then an SOS signal he sent before reaches his faction and they coordinate with seme's faction to get him back. he doesn't really know what he wants, whether to stay or go. he just goes and seme is mad he even sent out an SOS signal. on the helicopter ride back, there's an accident and his mentor pushes uke out the helicopter and tells him to run and never come back. uke is so confused why. he's wandering there in the outer villages again. almost dies but seme comes in clutch to save uke from monsters. then they are just living out in the wilderness and both are happy about it. uke realizes his feelings for seme. they kiss and have sex. not shown. but then uke's faction comes to find him again. this time uke tells them clearly no he doesn't want to go back. but they just kidnap him in the night. then seme has to go rescue uke from his faction. he finds out from uke's mentor that they are going to kill uke and use his body for science cuz he can guide anyone, no issues with compatibility at all. so ofc seme needs to get him out. with the mentor's help and another esper who likes the mentor, their mission is easily successful. in the end uke and seme live out in the woods forever i suppose. not sure what happened to mentor, cuz maybe he will be used in the machine instead of uke.... he has same ability. anyway, short and to the point story.

it's a nice story and setup, but kept making random twists and turns and never seemed to end lol. it was so hard to know wtf was the direction of the ending.... i guess ending is fine, but doesnt really match up to initial expectations about how the world works.... uke grows up breaking stuff all the time and doesn't know why. one day while he's drunk he accidentally meets seme by breaking into seme's barrier. seme thinks uke is working for a demon to find him. but uke really did it accidentally..... from then on seme keeps an eye on uke. then tons of confusing shit.... like at first uke thinks he might be a demon and can't control his powers. so he goes to this demon training centre but he never improves. then ppl say he's the king of monsters and not a demon. so now the demons are out to get him... then they find out he's some scepter, so the demon king wants to possess him in order to be ruler of all the worlds of demons, angels, and humans. and apparently being king of monsters makes uke also king of humans.... and there's some final battle where uke comes out on top above king of angels and king of demons. now there's no 1 ruler over the 3 worlds. maybe it's kind of him since he is now master of the other kings, but somehow he has not accepted the position of ruler........ and seme is still there this whole time helping him and shit. their relationship started just randomly one day when uke was vulnerable and holding onto seme and they fucked. this manga is like pg-13 so no hard sex scenes, we just see them fucking but no nudity... idk just too convoluted for me... i'm giving 4 stars for the effort of the author, but my enjoyment of it is just 3 stars. cute ending where they get married though.

slow burn story between a dragon and a fenghuang. the two types of ppl used to be at war for 600 years, but finally it ended 15 years ago. now they are working towards peace together. as part of that, there's a military training set up for cadets from both races. seme is one of the cadets. uke is one of the instructors. from the beginning uke liked seme for some reason unexplained. seme is kinda a kuudere. he reminds me too fucking much of sean lazaradis.... a rich heir who tries to blend in by being bland. bland smile on his face. not standing out academically. very savy in social situations with a calm demeanour. and it's like he's dumb about the world. or at least just dumb about the other race. he comes to the training just to see how things are going, not actually needing to train. he is fascinated with what he learns about the birds. but the whole time he's got a don't care attitude just having fun vibe cuz yeah he doesn't need to care cuz his future is set and he's just that confident in himself. anyway, slowly seme likes uke back. they never speak of these feelings between them directly. but in their actions and gazes it's very well portrayed. and the ending wraps things up well. not rushed. they are in love and uke decided to move to seme's family area after the training is over so they can live there and be together forever. seme will take over his father as one of the leaders of the dragon race. lots of lore and stuff happening. it's quite a beautiful story.
