an idiot couple having lots of sex and fighting over silly things lol. just a dumb and funny story, kind of typical of this mangaka. they always make up with sex after and that's basically it.

one of my favs, second time reading! it's an established relationship off the bat, but we see flashbacks of their past together. teacher and host, who used to be his delinquent student. they have an age gap of like 25 years or more, i don't even want to think about it lol. basically as a teacher, the seme teacher promised his student that he could come stay at his house whenever, since he was having problems at home. student takes up this offer several years after graduation when he's already a host. we kinda see their relationship through their interactions and through how they deal with a troubled student who currently is in the teacher's class. there are parallels between this student and the uke. uke takes care of the seme with house chores and is thinking about doing nursing to take care of the seme when he's very old. so sweet. seme proposes to uke by saying he'll add him to the family registry as his son, and uke accepts. SO SWEET!!! and there's some seme being unsure of himself cuz he's so old and doesn't do much for uke, but uke says a lot of truths like how sweet the seme is to him to just accept him into his home and stuff. shows some balance in their relationship supporting each other and overall it's just a fantastic read!

this is not really a shounen-ai but since they barely have sex, it'll tag it here to signify the focus on story. AND WHAT A FUCKING MASTERPIECE OF A STORY IT IS. I CAN'T BELIEVE I DON'T HAVE MORE TAGS TO SHOW JUST HOW GOOD THIS WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only gripe is some times too implied for a dumbass like me. But this translator is so good. I saw so many connections in how she used language. Sad that she quit :/ anyway, basically this couple has been together 15 years and suddenly uke says he wants to break up. seme is super confused but they still basically continue the relationship as before. just now uke is denying sex all the time. uke kinda said seme needed to figure out for himself which promise he broke that's making uke want to break up, but i feel like even by the end it's not said what exactly was the broken promise??? but as seme tries to figure it out, he remembers other promises and we see how they got together in high school and what other promises they made and kept or didn't keep. and as uke says he's falling in love all over again, seme can't get hard cuz of guilt about something he's keeping secret. anyway turns out uke knew all along so it's fine. and in the end i guess the broken promise was to be together forever?? never saw them making this promise. but uke wanted to "marry" the seme by joining his family registry. first seme didn't get uke's intentions and said he didn't want uke to lose the connection with his adoptive father. but uke is like you dumbass this is all i want and you're not giving it to me? anyway in the end this whole thing was only resolved cuz they needed to be legally family to do a joint loan on a house. seme didn't realize the broken promise until after uke said all that. so they buy a house together and live happily ever after i guess.

first story about an established relationship, but one guy moves back to his hometown to take over the family farm after his dad got injured. the uke didn't know about it until he found out from people at the company his bf resigned. then he goes to find him and they're fine and uke decides to move closer to the countryside so they can meet more easily. he has to do a 1.5 hour commute to work each day now. seems crazy hard but ok.... then we see the seme get jealous uke's coworker was getting close to uke so we know seme still values their relationship a lot. anyway, cute but feels unresolved cuz are they going to be like this for the rest of their lives?! just commuting a lot everywhere?! and second story is about a guy meeting a dad with child. guy was kinda down on life and they gave him hope and stuff. idk not much there but it's cute. guy confesses to the dad and was thinking nothing could happen so he pulls away but the dad is like no i still want to see you and they kiss and get together.

dropped after chap 11. kinda boring domestic stuff and the seme is super unlikable. he's forceful with the uke for sex and sleezy feeling and just not a stand-out guy. feel sorry for the uke. and now there's some guy from the seme's past trying to get between them or something idk haven't gotten to the conclusion of the arc.

many side story scenarios all rolled into one. so first 10 chapters is the main couple after the main story. they are just being cute and having sex together. on trips and vacations, having lots of hot sex and being so sweet rolled together all the time. chap 11-15 are about some side characters so did not read. then chap 16 on is the last side story of the main couple, set in an alternate universe or in another reincarnated lifetime. so uke is incubus and seme is a vampire. one night uke visits seme's castle to get semen food. seme allows him cuz he also had ulterior motive to trap an incubus. he wants a wish granted to see sunlight and incubus can grant 1 wish when you become their mate. anyway they have some sex and seme puts a collar on uke so uke can't get any other man. uke comes back for food and they are sweet and lovely to each other. seme gives uke gifts and shows uke around and asks him to live in the castle. uke agrees cuz they are just all cute. then one day uke coming back from picking figs and hears seme having convo with another vampire. hears about seme's original plan to trap an incubus. other man whispers to uke to act mad even though seme's feelings are now genuine. so uke acts mad and leaves the castle. seme can't follow cuz can't go out in sun without burning. some days later uke comes back and sees seme sleeping in uke's room holding the figs uke had brought last time. so sad and cute. uke gives seme some blood cuz he looks skinny and wounds not healing, but eating the blood heals his sun burn wounds. then uke says he just left cuz seme was not clear about his feelings and seme says he realizes his true feelings now. so they have sex again and are happily ever after!!!!!

shitty relationship, shitty uke. uke has dead face and only seems to care about sex. he is not satisfied that seme sometimes avoids his advances. seme just doesn't want the relationship to be all about sex. but uke makes these gross plans to make seme jealous by hanging out with his ex, who is seme's good friend. seme gets jealous and confused about what they're doing so he wants to possess uke and they have sex. uke is satisfied and does it again, playing with both the seme and his ex. really annoying uke. in the end seme says to just say shit clearly instead of pulling this crap. uke also buys some sex toys for them to use together.

technically vol 3 of the series, but vol2 with wolf x rabbit. vol2 is lion x horse this is not as interesting as their first story cuz nothing really happens. just a bunch of little events pieced together. like wolf getting a part time job. them visiting shrine on new year's day. wolf's mom finding out about relationship and wolf scared to tell her truth at first but it's all fine by the end. then like some years later when they're 20 and wolf moves into own apartment. rabbit stays over and then they have morning sex and cute couply moments i guess.

boring plain oneshots. old yaoi feeling of fast encounter and sex with minimal plot/character development. cute premises, poor execution. first story of yakuza heir saved by laundromat guy. yakuza seme starts liking uke a lot and always goes to see him. one day uke has marriage meeting and seme gets jealous. also happens to get sick. uke comes over to check on him and they clear the misunderstanding and have sex.......... second story established relationship. seme thinks uke super pure and they keep not having sex for many months. then uke's ex gives uke some sex toys and seme sees. prompts them to have sex and seme realizes uke is not that innocent. third story is childhood friends, older one actually first friends with the other guy's brother. older one back in town after many years away in tokyo, seme super happy and comes to find him. uke liked seme even though seme was a child back then lol now seme has feelings too. seme kisses uke out of nowhere and uke is shocked. then seme kinda drags uke around to do stuff. seme's bro comes to talk to uke and uke realizes how much seme has missed him all these years. then uke goes to find seme this time with fireworks and they go to a hotel. just touching.

established relationships based on some game, so kinda felt like they referenced stuff i didn't know much about. anyway, both stories set in same world and the 2 couples are friends with each other. first couple, 12 year age gap. seme used to be host. they're in a relationship but uke worried about relationship status cuz seme wants sex so much. and then there's a misunderstanding when seme joked about being lovers to his friends and uke thought maybe seme meant whole relationship just a joke. anyway they talk it out and have makeup sex. second couple is between ex-prostitute uke and seme. seme feeling a little distant cuz they're not having much sex, but actually uke was so comfortable even without it even though their relationship started with sex. maybe seme was customer when uke was prostitute, idk. they go on a trip to hot springs and the manager there used to be uke's client. he also says some provocative things to seme about their relationship being unstable. seme takes it to heart and fucking rapes uke like wtf.......but that scene is skipped over quite fast and then uke is leaving but seme chases after. the manager sees them and explains he might have caused this problem. then they talk it out as well. they're both kinda quiet, especially seme was bad at expressing concerns and feelings.
