BUT BITCH UKE YOU WERE THE REASON HE GOT MAD AND SAID THAT SHIT OMFG. then author made seme like fucking emotionally constipated like he doesn't know what he's feeling, he doesn't know what to call these emotions........ literally wtf....... so tired by this point. just uke acting bitchy and shit not making sense cuz he offers to sell himself to seme again to pay seme back some money, but seme literally said uke u don't have to pay me back..... so why the fuck uke now saying i can only pay you back through my body cuz i don't have money....... like bro seme never wanted u to even pay him back........ wtf is this shit srsly months pass and then uke gets in a car accident and seme sees it on the news and gets worried and goes to see uke but he's fine. then uke cries about seme being nice to him and confusing him. this is so fucking sweet. i can kinda understand why it's so popular, but i still think most of the popularity is from the memes and the sex. the story is honestly quite basic and kinda shallow. 12 year age gap. starts off with uke being 24 i think? seme randomly just falls in love with uke, who is working the night shift at a convenience store and living next door to seme. never explained why seme moved in next to uke and rented out all the 3 other units in the building aside from uke's unit.... they kinda become sex friends, but seme is always frank and clear that he likes uke. i think this is quite rare and refreshing to see, so that definitely contributes to seme's popularity. and uke is just a cute puppy who doesn't let shit get him down or wallow in his own sorrows. anyway, things are going really well between them. i like both characters a lot. but then shit goes down with seme's gang business shit. not explained at all lol. and then uke hears over the phone seme beating someone up. uke is shocked. seme comes trying to explain himself but ofc uke pushes him away. honestly uke is a really good balance of soft and strong. after that shit goes down with seme's gang business and he has to lie low so he is no contact with uke for 3-4 years. he comes back suddenly and tries really hard to casually keep meeting uke. ofc uke is worn down despite trying to say he doesn't want to meet seme anymore. so they have sex and then get back together and uke admits he has always liked seme. seme ofc feels the same and they are super sweet together. despite the simple story where nothing about seme's gang business is explained and basically nothing happens in the story outside of what affects our MCs, the focus on the relationship is done super well and worth it. seme is respectful but still coming on strong to uke to get what he wants. uke is soft hearted, but knows where to draw a line when things aren't right and can handle shit for himself. they are two independent individuals who match each other so well. it just feels like they genuinely love each other for who the other person is. their romance is basic, nothing extravagant happening to woo each other, just sex, but their feelings are so deep and well expressed. can't say enough about it lol they are just the cutest together. mature but sweet.

cute story of adults meeting and dating and having sex. very traditional relationship progression, just a natural everyday story. seme had noticed uke some years before at the coffee shop he works at. uke comes back after his divorce and seme accidentally spills water on uke. seme makes it very obvious he likes uke and uke notices. seme asks uke out and uke is kinda hesitant but agrees to a date. after that they go on a date and enjoy it and uke opens up more. he used to have huge expectations for love, but realized just normally spending days together is love too. it's very sweet and a good message. then seme is worried about how to go further with uke cuz he thinks uke might not want it. but uke is open to it when seme brings it up and honestly uke was kinda thinking about it too. so they do it. and then a cute domestic extra of them shopping for some furniture.

really well-written and well drawn, but just not really for me. not into these no-violence ukes lol but it didn't feel that annoying here. uke also too shy and quiet for me. his face also kinda uggo.... age gap of 7 years, older uke. uke and seme first met when uke was 13 and seme was 6. seme had come over from the town over cuz his father was the yakuza boss and got killed due to internal fighting. so he and his mom were lying low in uke's town. uke is friendly with seme and seme is happy to know uke and become friends. when it's time for seme to go back home, he asks uke to become a family with him in the future and uke cluelessly accepts, thinking like they will be brothers for life lol. 12 years later, seme is 18 and comes back to uke's town. he makes it obvious right away he wants to date uke and marry. uke is shy and not sure. there's some yakuza drama like the gang of this town not happy to see seme hanging around their territory. so they kidnap uke and then trash his shop when seme rescues uke and beats up the guys who kidnapped uke. here uke was like violence so bad, violence begets violence... seme feels bad and goes home for a while, but after talking to his uncle, the acting boss while seme is still young, he realizes he needs to go talk to the other gang boss. so he goes and talks and at first the other boss is rude and unreceptive to talking, but then his dad, who was the previous boss, comes out and says let bygones be bygones cuz he likes seme and his dad before. after that things seem to be solved and seme and uke go on a date. uke confesses his feelings for seme back. then we see them together happily and then having sex first time.
