red string of fate story. partners tied by the red string have to be touching to get peaceful sleep. but if they actually love each other, this side effect will go away. small age gap 7 years. older seme 29. uke 22. seme is ceo of a startup he created. uke is studying compsci in uni. overall i liked the manipulative seme. uke was a little too meek for me, but seme carried the story. he scheming to get uke into his arms working and uke trusting him was just so devilishly good lol. uke likes his childhood friend. but then he finds out his fated ring is tied to his friend's big brother, seme. at first he doesn't tell seme, but when seme finds out, he demands they sleep together so they can both feel better. and turns out seme has liked uke for 3+ years, ever since uke was in high school and seme tutored him and his bro to get into uni. but seme saw uke kissing his bro in his sleep, so seme knew uke liked his bro and decided to give up on uke. but now knowing uke is his fated partner, he schemes all sorts of things to get close to uke. uke tries to get the ring off at first cuz he doesn't like seme and he thinks it must be a great inconvenience to seme to have the ring link to him. he contacts a dude who can manipulate these things, disconnecting and connecting them from ppl, but he doesn't go through with it cuz it means he would lose all memories of seme. then some drama starts where seme's bro starts liking uke..... or he's just jealous seme is getting close to uke so he confesses to uke too..... idk but it's a whole drama and kinda gross they are letting uke come between their brotherly relationship. uke at this point likes seme more than the bro, so does not accept the confession. he goes to think about it and keeps the bro waiting. in the end seme comes clean to uke about all his scheming so uke can know his true self and make a decision if he likes seme for real. uke is shocked and leaves for a couple days, but can't sleep well without seme. and seme is worried about uke, so helps uke sleep while staying awake himself. uke ofc finds out cuz he suddenly slept well and calls seme to get him to come back. seme ofc is a happy simp for uke and they reconcile. uke admits he loves seme, even all the crazy possessive sides of seme. typical manhwa uke.... and they are happily together!! apparently sex to come in the extras...

HAVE TO SEE HOW IT GOES NOW. hot sex and love the premise for this story! uke's family was killed 11 years ago and he was taken in by a congressman friend of his father. he's been working for the congressman ever since to pay him back for raising him. uke 24 now. congressman asks him to infiltrate seme's gang and get some documents that paint the congressman in a bad light. uke is super devoted to doing it and kills a man and has sex with seme to prove his loyalty to the gang. seme decides to let him stay and work for the gang in a casino, still fucking him daily. then one day seme takes him to a dinner with another congressman. there that congressman gives seme the documents uke's been looking for. seme hands them to uke for safekeeping and then uke runs off with them. he sees the documents accuse the congressman that raised him of hiring a killer to kill his family. he meets the congressman pretending to give him the documents, but kills the congressman instead. just as he's about to kill himself, seme arrives and stops him. seme wants him to live and keep working for the gang after faking his death. turns out seme was the killer who killed uke's family 11 years ago, but uke doesn't know. uke is happy to lean on seme now that the only person he thought he had, the congressman, betrayed him and is dead. he kisses seme and says he will work for some. ughaoshasidfsodifjasd wish there was more to this story or it was more drawn out!!!!!!

seme is a voice actor. uke is a high school student. uke is a huge fan of seme's voice, but doesn't realize seme who comes to the convenience store where he works part time is the voice actor he loves. one day uke's phone is stomped on during a fight. he's a delinquent lol. he needs money to buy a new phone so his manager at work introduces him to another job doing housework for seme. at first uke is kinda reluctant cuz seme treats him a bit rudely at the store, but he needs money. he soon sees some rare merch of the character he loves and asks seme how he got it. seme gives those to him and says he's the voice actor and voices some lines. uke loves it ofc. they get closer and seme kisses uke. uke runs away. then he remember that they used to know each other when uke was in elementary school and seme was in high school. he loved seme's voice when seme read books to him at his mom's cafe. he told seme he should be a voice actor and seme really did. seme really appreciated uke since back then and tried to find uke, but uke's mom's cafe closed down after uke's mom died. anyway, present day seme confesses his feelings and uke ofc accepts and they are happily together. some softcore sex in the extra.

quite a compelling story. near masterpiece, but a bit too stereotypical of a story. nothing unexpected, but everything was done superbly. uke is 13th prince in his country and an omega, so they all hate him. he gets sold off to marry the king of a distant land. uke is like w/e i'll do my duty as a queen, but nothing more. well turns out the king is still a 10 year old child. unknown how old uke is. they start meeting everyday after marriage and get along well. after a while seme asks uke to promise to be his in the future, and uke actually agrees despite not wanting it when he came here. seme then sets off on a tour of his land cuz it's a requirement for a king after ascending the throne. then his brother comes in and says seme's dead. and he confesses to uke that he ordered seme to be killed by arrow. uke doesn't want to become the brother's omega, so he runs off and jumps off a cliff. he survives and is taken care of by seme's other older brother who renounced the throne to live as a peasant with his wife. 8 years later they've set up a good operation there without detection by the brother. uke learned engineering in his country and taught the village people how to make tools to take care of themselves and sell to others. one night after hearing about the brother's attack on a nearby village, he goes to check it out and meets seme again. seme saves him from some of the king's men lingering around. a sudden reunion and seme takes uke back to his village. turns out seme is leading the rebels who want to overthrow the king. they plot and get contacted by this friend of the brother to overthrow the brother together. in return they have to help the friend take over his own country as king. they accept and get allowed into the palace with the friend, have an audience with the brother who's currently king. seme steps in just as the brother is about to kill uke. they send the brother away instead of killing him. ugh as typical in japanese manga.... but then it's implied the brother got killed by the coachmen who were driving him out of the city cuz the hated him for killing their sons. and finally after all that uke and seme have sex and mate with a bite. then we don't really see anything of them afterwards, which is kinda disappointing..... we just see some village people remarking positively about their reign so it sounds like it's hundreds of years later....... :((

SEME HAS A DOBIE AHASAHSHSDHFASIEASEFLI HE'S SO CUTE!!!! drawn kinda weird sometimes.... but honestly good compared to previous manhwas and this dobie gets a lot of screen time. alpha x alpha story. not much discussion of their gender status though, cuz it's just leftover from the first story in this universe. uke 30, seme 37. age gap barely mentioned in story and doesn't play a role at all imo. sometimes seme feels like a younger seme. honestly kinda confusing in the beginning cuz i think author expected ppl to know the previous story but that hasn't been translated into eng so idk..... gist is uke and seme slept together one night 9 years ago. then uke liked seme kinda, but realized seme didn't remember him cuz he was so drunk. seme got interested in uke cuz uke is a ceramics artist and seme works at a gallery. but seme says he finds uke more interesting than his works cuz he saw uke stand up to a nasty professor who makes artists sleep with him in exchange for fame. anyway, since then, they both know each other but they don't really meet again. i think they meet again for work involving uke's ex, but this part is in the previous story and just glossed over here and i'm fucking confused. main thing is in the present, uke has been in an artistic slump for 5 years since he broke up with ex and he can't get over his ex. seme is kinda in love with his step-"mother" who is an omega man. some complicated shit went down there like the mother seeing his father in seme and doing gross stuff with him?? or letting seme be abused by his father cuz the omega didn't want to do anything the father didn't like in case he's thrown away....w/e this is complicated but not that important. basically uke approaches seme with a deal. let uke be part of seme's gallery's exhibit and in return uke will sleep with him. lol am i remembering this right cuz it doesn't sound like there's anything for seme in this deal. seme decides to take it but kinda in bad faith cuz he had no intention of letting uke be in the exhibition. they sleep together a bunch and uke finds out about seme's messed up step-mother situation and horrible father. he stands up for seme in front of them and seme kinda somehow gets over his step-mother cuz he has uke now. uke also getting over his ex. things are honestly going really well. there's a bit of uke self-conflict cuz he's scared of trusting someone again after the shit with his ex. but he does and seme is so great to him. there's a last bit of misunderstanding angst where uke thinks seme never intended to let him exhibit, meaning seme never believed in him turning over a new leaf or in his abilities. but seme actually planned a solo exhibition for uke. uke is just relieved seme wasn't lying to him and still loves him. so sweet and that's the end. there's something about uke also not wanting seme to remember what happened between them 9 years ago. but idk, seme either remembered on his own and didn't care or he was told by the bartender who saw what happened and didn't care..... in the end uke was just worried about that for nothing.

6 yr age gap. 28 seme, 34 uke. this story has too much yakuza drama and some scary shit. not big focus on romance i almost wonder where the fuck their feelings came from after 7 years of grudges and seme making randos gangrape uke..... also just kind of confusing so uke picks up seme and lets him join the gang. things are going well for 2 years and they are super close, sworn brothers who've shared sake. then this evil dude wants to mess up their gang and sets up seme like he's dealing drugs out of a club. seme and uke both know seme didn't do it, but uke goes along with it and kicks seme out of the gang.seme is hurt super badly. uke did it for seme's own good cuz he knows others will try to kill seme if he goes unpunished and he can't prove seme is innocent. so 7 years pass. then suddenly seme is calling uke out to meet. and he gets guys to gangrape uke........literally wtf. is this their first meeting in 7 years and uke's just cool with it all??? then there's some bs with that villain guy again. he kinda took seme under his wing after seme left uke's gang. villain helped seme start his own little gang. but now he's messing with seme's gang making the members do drugs. and he tells some shit to seme and is like let's just kill uke cuz he kicked you out to protect his own ass. seme contacts uke and uke just says ok to meeting up. seme, uke, and villain all brought guns. uke cares a lot of seme and came here wanting to apologize. he says his piece and then seme pretends he's going to shoot uke. uke whips out his gun and shoots back, but at the villain dude. then there's some scuffle and uke shoots his own hand to save seme, not that it really did anything besides shock the villain into releasing seme..... after that idk if they killed him or let him go...... but they make up. seme starts his own little gang again, this time officially with a gang insignia thing..... and they confess their love to each other and have sex.

uke 39. seme 27. seme kinda crazy but author didn't develop his personality well. kinda just said a bunch of random crazy facts about him... uke keeps going to a convenience store to buy dinner every day. gets kinda attached to the clerk there, seme. seme has also been interested in uke and kinda stalked uke's home after finding out where he lived on his ID. one night invites seme to eat cuz seme's shift is over. after that he gets drunk and seme takes him home. uke wakes up to seme jerking off over him. uke kinda helps him out..... after that uke feels bad seeing the nasty apartment seme lives in and invites seme to move in with him.... seme does and they have sex. author randomly throws in some details like seme used to be a rent boy and that's how he got that dilapidated apartment and how he has some expensive rolexes in his possession... but honestly not sure how this is relevant to the story at all..... then seme asks uke if he loves him. uke doesn't have a response and seme gets upset an leaves. uke feels bad and finds seme again at the convenience store next day. seme ignores him. uke finds him sleeping outside later that night and they kinda talk and uke takes seme home again. then they have sex and again seme asks uke if he loves him and now uke says yeah. like wtf??? i feel like seme kept forcing it..... i'm not even sure where these feelings of love could have come from.....
