The first chapter is absolutely hideous, ML acts like 100% creepy pervert and he thinks that being a creator of soap is an excuse for that creepy sht of behavior, he was stalking and harassing FL for week, then he SAed FL and tried to brush it off on him being exhausted from work... So, yeah, ML is creepy pervert and FL has no self-esteem or self-respect to stand up for herself. But if u buckle up and get through this, manga it's actually pretty good and at some point they even hit the bar of being kinda wholesome couple. SPOILERS AHEAD.

But still, Asako as a person is always as second choice for Natori, she's only a priority when he needs to satisfy his perverted urges (and to be honest it's not her, but the urges r the ones that being prioritized). I understand that he's very passionate about his job and it's cool when ur job makes u so satisfied, yet missing the birth of his own child that he said he rlly wanted, not being with his wife while she's going through childbirth - all of it makes them exactly kinda (emphasis on "kinda" part) wholesome couple. I also understand that it's because Asako herself always puts herself down and always letting it slide when she's mistreated.
I read it all and despite whacky romantic part and disastrous beginning - it's pretty good and I rlly like this author.
P.S. the way Natori acts while they're dating is nothing extra, he's being normal - doing bare minimum, even less than bare minimum considering how their relationship started... And both of them more into building a family than being in love, I guess. Well, at least they're going to be pretty decent parents, hopefully.
P.P.S. - my absolute favorite part in this manga is the food talk from author. I cooked few of recommended dishes and they were delicious!
P.P.P.S. - Chef Okura is absolute boss and 1 of the stars is only because of him. Great person from every possible angle.
