Choi taesoon was a bullied first year who had a dream to follow his favorite surgeon, Kaffrene. One day while hiking he finds a heavily injured man and consoles him in his last moments. The next day, he realises he can suddenly identify all the problems and has skills and knowledge which he never studied. There's only one possibility: kaffrene transfered his knowledge to taesoo.
