What?? I rates it 5 because it's so good. The story, the pacing, the characters, the dialogues... Everything was just so nice it created a great story. Sure, Toma's chrcter seemed to be one who's a pushover but that was him in the past. He's insecure but he knows what he wanted now, so he made an effort and took a leapt forward to Kaoru and express his love. The only downside of Toma's character was he was too perplexed and obsessed with the thought of moving on from his ex, until he just got used to it and thought he. Really can't moved on yet. Until he met Kaoru, made him realized he already moved on and he's now in love with Kaoru, yet yes, he's still sacred of being invested too much in a relationship. What he experienced with his past was traumatizing, let's give it to him, so we can't blame all this to him okay?? What he's feeling was valid. He's scared and insecure, that's fine. Someone said he's unredeemable for letting his ex grope him, I even almost drop this manga coz of that comment coz I don't like that kind of uke too, but hey! Nothing happened on that scene! The comment made it sound like it's something big unacceptable to be unredeemable. After that scene, I realized that the development of Kaoru and Toma's relationship was laid nicely. The thing about Kaoru not doing Toma and not forcing Ng him to be in a relationship with him, were an important key for the entrance of the ex lover that would play huge to the development of Toma's and Kaoru's relationship. (I'm still. At chap. 12 but I just had to write this down!) Chap. 11 is the bestest, heart wrenching, purest, bolder chapter for me.
