SO CUTE RIO IS SEXY AND IKEDA IS CUTE I WANT MORE SOOO BADDD THE STORY WAS A BIT CONFUSING TO READ IN THE BEGINNING I THINK THE AUTHOR JUST NEEDED TO REARRANGE THE PACING A BIT AND ITS ALL GOOD 10/10 WE REALLY NEED ANOTHER VOLUME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I WANT TO SEE MORE also can we just appreciate the change in style here. I totally got the reliable vibes from rio in kabukicho unas trip but here he seems like such a deep character and much more attentive to ikeda because he was interested in him (he wanted someone to stay with him) and i also love how the style changed to suit the vibes i felt here like ikeda seems so reliable from his efforts even though rio can see how he’s trying and calls him cute. i want more just to see more characterization! They’re cute

god this story is so good it’s such a pity it’s a short story. The science and world building is seriously interesting and i would’ve loved to see more but i feel like it’s better for it to just be a romance story rather than an action futuristic bl cause ethan does not like war, also it would hurt my heart to see them get in dangerous situations again so it’s better for it to just focus on a research center on a harmless planet (kinda). But now i’m unfortunately yet again interested in futuristic bl i’ve already read a few but it’s a few too many and they’re always angst filled so this was really refreshing. Their romance itself is refreshing as well and super cute. Love how ethan is literally experiencing love for the first time since he’s gotten almost all of his organic parts replaced and he’s long forgotten most human pleasures. Mihail is also super cute and earnest i loved his optimism and views on cyborgs especially one like ethan since he’s designed for the military. My babies i’ll miss you i really wanted more there’s seriously so much potential for it to be like 90 chapters or so but there would have to be conflict and id rather not see it and can’t really think of any. Also can i just say that Hawk is the goat?!? i loved his character so much really i wish to just see them more and also wish i saw what ethan’s face looked like before he got all those mechanical parts…10/10 story though

very cute romance i had fun reading this and the plotwist was hilarious and heartwarming! 10/10
