The best manga I’ve ever read, the story is extremely inspiring. Even if you have a hobby that doesn’t fit in with the norms, you should still work at it and love and enjoy it especially if you have a reason to. As always, the art had me saving every panel and gazing at it for hours. This is probably really weird but i love the way Sahara Mizu draws ears and heels!!!

I’m not a big sucker for single-mother or single-father tropes, but “My Girl” had adorable art and a really sweet plot. Masamune was an amazing dad who was far from perfect, and the symbolism with ladybugs fit well into the story. Masamune’s new girlfriend tries to overwrite Koharu’s love for ladybugs and her memories with her mom by giving her cat gifts, but her friends quickly call her out and she realizes her mistake. I loved this manga.
