I really think Jooha regained his memories and that last panel is an indication that he told that to Dooshik after they resurfaced from the lake, though i'm not sure if it is him or Dooshik said it. I still think they are alive. Moreover, some might argue that Dooshik is a red flag but for me his love and devotion to Jooha outweighs it all.
