Tied Up In Twins
The art was beautiful, but....that's all I could really take away from this read. The story was pretty half baked. I wasn't necessarily expecting a tragedy or more drama, but it was all very simple. The main cause of conflict was simple and it was resolved with almost no issues whatsoever. The cast could have been developed much further. Some things were left out such as Seonhee's status at the end. We know Woojung seemed fine, but nobody else really appeared. Felt like the author gave up in the middle of the storyboard, gave it a random happy ending and called it a day. 4/5 decent read, just dissatisfactory.
Kimi Towa Gokai Kara Hajimarimashitaga
While this was fluffy, it was a bad story. You have the main lead who's more or less your average naïve boy about love and the other party is a predatory guy who's selfish. Nothing real develops other than the fact that the main lead figures out he can get over his nerves and like the opposite sex too, but it feels forced.
Cigarette
The pacing is too fast for the first two chapters. It feels more like a oneshot than a series.
One Step From The End
TLDR; don't read it, it's pretty much a trash story Came into this excited since the premise of the story seemed incredibly cool, but most of the story is literally just about elaborating how selfish and self-centered the uke was. Anxiety, indecisiveness, and fear are all part of exploring a romantic relationship and this series really portrayed that well. Almost too well to the point where it was getting dumb and boring. You'll find yourself just feeling frustrated from watching how the MC acts. There's no sense of communication and it's just anxiety which is relatable, but like the MC disregards how other people might feel and acts like he plays God due to the premise of the series. Fortunately, the love interest realized how odd the MC was acting and broke it down for the MC. A nice slap in the face/reality check that some pre-ordained book shouldn't control his life, but it took nearly 20 whole chapters....
