I love family BL, but this was just ugh, uninteresting and I didn’t get far at all. It also seemed pretty typical in sense of a storyline and character development. I dropped it very early, like chp 3
10/24 update: Previously DROPPED. I gave it another chance since I came across a post raving about this story. Maybe I matured more or maybe I just get the dom/sub concept better, idk, but I change my initial verdict of this story. It definitely had its cringy moments and my eyes were hurting from the heavy eyerolls, but far better than some stories that I have dropped. I do wish some loose ends were tied and there was more details on the writers life (like he has a kid but no partner?), a bit of open ended undisclosed info haha
