Ten Count
Both men have their own fucked up childhoods in someway or another that made them who they are today. I love how long it took for them to actually be together because it was so much more believable than just doing sexual stuff off the back or three chapters in. The development was good. I was a bit confused at the end. To me it ended too abruptly, but maybe it’s because I’m used to ends that feel like an ending. Like, the couple gets together, or something official is stated. It kinda had that vibe, but maybe I just need to reread it to understand. This one is available to buy in English, must buy!!
Massacre Happy End
Glen (글렌)
Did not like the ending. It almost ended the way I was hoping for, and then-BOOM- ended the way I figured it would. I am hella mad though cause we don’t even know if Joseph is still friends with Vincent. Like they were childhood friends and sure Vincent did like him, but he never expressed that and he wasn’t a bad or possessive friend. I feel so bad for him. I don’t pity Glen. He did have a bad prenatal childhood since his wealthy father controlled everything about him. I guess that’s where he got that possessiveness from. Still doesn’t justify the means of the actions.
The Pawn's Revenge
Definitely Killing Stalking vibes but with the ref light district and a woman. A woman is out fir revenge after finally escaping the red light district and owning her own establishment. Her hired killer (the seme) who seems to be either infatuated with her or just willing to do anything for her, is using (the uke) a young ‘worker’ as leverage to continue in his killing as ordered by the woman.
Hikizuru Oto
After witnessing a horrible accident that leaves his friend with a permanently damaged leg, the uke becomes severely traumatized as a child, waiting for his friend to wake up. This trauma is then abused by the seme to keep him by his side at all times. It’s fucked up and twisted.
OUROBOROS:ウロボロス
Guy gets kidnapped and raped by his fiancé’s younger brother the day before their wedding (or the day of I forgot). After he is able to get away he is blamed by both sides of the family for what happened. He is clearly goi through trauma of what happened and his wife leaves him and goes on leave from his job (as in officer). As he tries to better himself, he goes through a lot of psychological anguish. He meets a guy and has sex with him and is confused because he enjoys it. An officer that he had helped train also gets involved.
For My Weirdo
Great story with an amazing plot. MC is depressed since he was a child due to his demanding and dishonest parents. They left him with the burden of their company, K Company, with an awful reputation of killing hundreds of people when a building built by their company collapsed after knowingly skipping safety measures. In the collapse was the good seme’s parents, from the well off N Group. He doesn’t hold MC at fault and was the only one to give him any soothing/meaningful words. The MC is under the disgusting and watchful eye and hand of the bad seme, a loan shark that his parents co-signed him as even though he was under age. He does nothing but add to the MC’s self destructive mental state and becomes obsessed with him. A surplus of self hatred and hated by others for his parents company and his knowing of the dangerous safety skipping (even though he was just a kid) and the stress of his late demanding mother to prefect the cello, MC has tried multiple times to kill himself. He eventually gets his memory distorted after getting hit behind his head. During this time of memory loss he is happy because he cannot remember any of the bad within his life and is even disgusted at his own self inflicted scars. He does remember much but of the few good things that did happen to him with the good seme, but he only remembers his name. As luck would have it, he confuses bad seme for the good seme and the bad seme takes full advantage of that.
A Night to Remember Webtoon
Omg I absolutely love this. The idea of a ghost taking over a mans body who has just passed to find out about himself and another person who visits his assumed grave. But when this ghost takes over this persons body (Scott) he is also forced to live his life. He’s a therapist in a relationship with a man named Jade and his client that he ends up counseling is non other than the man who visits his alleged grave, Dylan. This storyline is sos good and I love a good mystery. It doesn’t seem like it’s trying too hard to remain a mystery and I just love very thing about it so far. I do feel sooo bad for Jade though cause like, boo, your boyfriend died. He died died, that man you see may be his body, but it is not the Scott you knew. Jade can aslo tell though that Scott has changed since his accident in the cemetery.
