A Shoulder to Cry On
Not your typical BL. Does contain a lot of emotional damage, it’s subtle, but when it’s there, it smacks you in the face. I kinda felt a little bit empty at the end, but that’s because their relationship is still a major work in progress since the two need to work on themselves with each other. Not too long of a read, I would definitely recommend if anyone was interested in a non sexualized drama.
Down and Dirty
Hella dirty. The dialogue, just fucking WOW cause I don’t think I’ve ever read such dirty ass sentences before. It’s funny to be honest. The plot was very good. It had an obsessive (but not like over the top, he was surprising respectful to his lover) seme but the uke didn’t mind, in fact he seemed to love it. It’s kinda tragic but with a good ending.
The Pawn's Revenge
Definitely Killing Stalking vibes but with the ref light district and a woman. A woman is out fir revenge after finally escaping the red light district and owning her own establishment. Her hired killer (the seme) who seems to be either infatuated with her or just willing to do anything for her, is using (the uke) a young ‘worker’ as leverage to continue in his killing as ordered by the woman.
When The Yakuza Falls Inlove
The story was developing at an odd rate and it was quite confusing with the translations at times. I just stopped caring about it. The little boy was absolutely adorable though. I roughly get the concept, but the romantic and even sexual development of the MCs are weird. Update: official translations make the story make so much sense. Still a big stretch for the kid calling him mama, but he’s so cute!!!
