Unromantic
I love that it’s kinda a reverse omegaverse, make omegas can still give birth like the regular omegaverse, but instead of alphas being dominant and naturally powerful people, omegas are. As far as I know, betas don’t exist. Dominant and recessive alpha and omega are important to the series. Dominant omega, Gain, kicks so much ass. I love him and I just love their whole relationship.
Kikyou
The realism is utterly stunning it’s sad because that’s how society is. The heartbreaking truth of parents not being able to accept their child’s sexuality and thus runining an otherwise good relationship. The ending was definitely bittersweet. A sadly wonderful different read compared to BL
A Thousand Cranes
Hands down one of my favorite BL manhwa. Not only is it sweet af without it being overly cringe all the time, the plot is amazing!! It’s flavored like a yaoi or BL, but the taste is so refreshing and just PERFECT! Dean wasn’t at all how a crime boss person would be. His backstory was sad and wild for him being raised by a gangster leader father, but it wasn’t poorly done. The whole relationship was 100% consensual!! Omg! The sex wasn’t really viewable (like no genitalia was drawn) but it was all consensual from both parties and it acntuallh took a while for it to happen. There were no deals of ‘you can stay here, but you gotta clean, cook, and suck me off’. NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Dean was so tragically precious that I fell for him too. It was quite easy to even though we know he is murderer. I think it’s because we only know of 3 people he has killed, but have seen the suffering his goes through on the daily because of his upbringing in a murdering profession. We can sympathize with that a lot more than his victims. I knew I was gonna love this just based on the title. I did think that he or Craig was gonna die at some point because they both seemed so tragically lost, but remembering the tags, tragedy wasn’t one of them lol a definite ♾/10 from me
Rain Again
I absolutely love this author. Another story on the favorites tag! The theme of a guilty past worked so well without it being a cliche. Redemption doesn’t always show itself to others and change isn’t easy to get used to. I love the maturity of the theme. Now about mature content. I love how nothing sexual is drawn. Lol now sometimes I’m like, damn that would have been nice to see, but as much as the relationship does focus on sex, the fact that no dicks or even sperm is drawn really allows the reader to focus on their relationship development lol

To Dear, My Sorrow
So freakin cute and just feels with romantic angst. It did end very abruptly. I’m hoping that there is an extra or something, it is currently marked as completed though. I loved that the couple was basically a switch couple. Ashido’s feelings of being undeserving of genuine love from a guy who is loved by everyone was sooooo melancholy , I just wanted to give him a hug.
