No. If I were the alpha I would not be okay having him still wear a ring from his past lover because it shows that he's not even trying to make an effort of getting over his death and starting a fresh relationship with someone else. The uke is being selfish. Imagine yourself in the alphas shoes and always having to be anxious just because your lover is still hung up on his past one. If the past lover came back alive it's obvious who the uke would choose even if he had a child and shit with someone else. Nahhh fuck off mannnn. I probably just don't have any sympathy but this is my opinion so respect it pls and thank you. <3
Forgetting is not the thing here but the uke must know when to get over at his past. I really love the alpha here and i really do wish for his happiness, but if his happiness still has some linger feelings for another then i think he better let go of that.
It's alright to still reminisce memories because memories are meant to be treasured but getting over at someone is a must in starting to build a strong and steady relationship.
