In Japan and other eastern countries, whenever a victim reports a rape case, they punish the rapist but most of the attention and gossip is about the victim. A lot of them shame them for the not being a virgin even though it’s not their fault, or why didn’t they defend themselves, which sounds all crazy but it’s reality. Another thing I’d that this is an omegaverse universe which mostly overlooks and romanticizes rape. In the story, a lot of the side characters also said harsh stuff about omegas which shows that omegas are seen as toys. If he had reported the case, nobody would take him seriously since his parents don’t take him seriously either. His brother is an alpha and I don’t think that society would want to destroy an alpha like that. Also his brother is like the heir to the family and he’s parents would most likely side with him... I really hope they put him into therapy or what not cause letting him off like that was really not it, since he won’t just magically change like that if he couldn’t in the past.

Okay at first i was so anxious to read it because i kept seeing hate comments over hyesung and now i've finished reading it, i just want to say, not once did i hate hyesung. Everything he did was justified. He treated Dojin badly at first, because Dojin basically raped him and always makes him submit using sex. So even if Dojin likes Hyesung even from the start, u can't blame hyesung for being hostile towards him. Also, didn't exactly have model parents to look up to, so what he's doing was basicaly just trying to survive in a world where omegas r discriminated. And y'all r forgetting the fact that his whole life, he believed that he was an alpha and suddenly knowing he's an omega(a recessive one too) ofcourse he's bound to be defensive and bitchy. Dude, the people treat omegas as some people who can't live without alphas, that they're basically like accessory for alphas, ofcourse you'll get pissed if ure in tht situation. The hate hyesung gets is too one sided, ik dojin was sweet and all that but he wasn't flawless that's why dojin tries to make up with all his past wrongdoings to hyesung, don't act like he's a saint coz he's hot(well he really is tho). So stop trying to say "hyesung is so annoying" "hyesung treats dojin badly" "hyesung is not a good mother" Guys, he tries okay???? But in his situation it's not that easy to suddenly trust someone who knocked u up and kept circling around his words. THEY LACK COMMUNICATION, blame it all on their miscommunication and not on hyesung okay? And to some people who still think that hyesung did not have any charac development, then u must not be reading it right. Honestly, hyesung is so precious and he's broken in so many ways and he started to believe slowly thanks to dojin and byul. Tht's why i'll love this story alwayssss!!! And would not allow any hyesung slander hereeeee hmpf! Lol sorry for the rant THIS IS JUST TOO GOOD!!!! Tho the ending was somehow open ended because hyesung's parents suddenly showed up. But i love the main couple so sooo much!!! I also love the other two couple but dojin and hyesung numba waaan!! ヾ(☆▽☆)

I am now a freaking meiji kinnie... Some will say that this is a bad relationship but for me its a no. I think this can be a good representation of a couple were the other party's mental health is bad. That insecurity and jealousy is always a pair and self sabotaging also it can affect a relationship big tume but u cant expect that person to just to stop one day thats whats more scarier it takes time and effort to build up the courage and be more accepting abt ur partners life will be and i think haruto and meiji are really meant to be And i really loved the development hope for them a more stronger future since there will still be more obstacles to come
