sweet, and it's great that the crush accepted his bf's past of being fat + ugly (and having gotten plastic surgery to be crush's type), but the message is still "people fall in love with pretty people" (even if they used to be ugly).

the boyfriend has a crush on his brother that he is trying to work through/move on from. nothing incestuous actually happens, and he does love his partner a lot -- he just needed to communicate (ie plot!) favourite designation for itsuki!! (everyone loves a positive, supportive bf right?)

not a fan of how aggressive the seme was in the last chapter... being 'rough' is only okay if everyone consents, but doing it when your partner is saying no is definitely not a healthy expression of love or desire.
