Um...I don't know if there's an exact word for this manga but the closest word I can think of right now is raw. I mean some of this is quite realistic. Think about it. Popular guy and insecure/unpopular guy. There's going to be insecurity issues, trust issues, and I'm still confused on the whole eye thing, even if it does look cool.
