I loved it; especially the artwork. One of my favorite art styles. It's a slow paced slice of life story about friendship and love and life.

I agree, I need a Tanabe-san in my life. But dang. Those two. They had like 30 years wasted when they could have been happy together. idk if that makes their reunion sweeter or more regretful. i hate that society has all these standards that we're 'SUPPOSED' to uphold. i hate how we hold ourselves to their standards, to the standards that are around us, when I wish it was just easier to be happy. what happened to the happiness we had as child? was it really just an illusion that adults created?

oh i can already tell this is some messed up expletive. Update 12.5.22. Actually kind of sweet. An unrequited love returned after 10 fucking years.

OH MY GOSHs???? WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF????? WHYYYYYYY???? I KNOW HER STORIES ARE NEVER TRANSLATED AND YET I WENT AND READ IT!!!! AAAAAA BUT IT WAS SOOOO GOOOD! I REGRET NOTHING. OKAY A LITTLE BIT. lol. no seriously; one of my favourite authors!! Detective goes undercover and the person he's investigating turns out to be a look alike to the person who murdered his family; the two get close but the finds that the two are nothing, but even more frightening, he may be falling in love????

I agree the second story was a sham. Seriously wtf? So you slept with another person so you could see the person you like cry??? If you wanted tears that much, make them watch a sad movie??? Seriously pissed me off; and the guy that was in love wth him definitely needed to learn self respect; that was a horrible relationship between the two; you do not do that to someone you love. The first story was nice but a little worrisome about the teacher/student thing considering that the teacher actually planned it all from the beginning so it was kind of manipulative? But idk. It was ok. Wouldn't reread though.
