I'm pretty sure it's requited love. Not sure exactly what happened to cause their time separation, but I'm quite sure they both still love one another. Yay new story! Blondie likes the judo guy but bc judo guy is all touchy feely one time he gets to close to blondie and blondie can't take it so he pushes him off. Resulting in judo guy injuring himself. Guilt ridden, blondie now feels like he has to do whatever judo guy asks for. I think judo guys knows that but I'm not quite sure if he planned that?? But they're cute together.
