Mmm...might be too shoujo for me. If I get hit with a love triangle cliche I'm out. The blushing characters are cute though, especially the guy lead. Hopefully it gets good!

lol, this is seriously what people call a slow burn. It's super slloooooooooow and your heart will get more frustrated than anything. But no worries, since it's a shoujo, happy endings are mandatory. Yanagi's rival Koujo(who doesn't see him as a rival) starts to become something more. As in romantically terms. It's got all of the main points of a shoujo. Love triangle, or is it love square? Misunderstandings. Drama. Unrequited love. Shoujo art. Clutzy lead. Etc, etc, etc. It is up there amongst one of my favorite shoujos though bc I love koujo(she's so awkward) and I love yanagi(he tries so hard to be cool but in front of the girl he loves, he fails miserably; it's hilarious and endearing).

i just wish she wasn't so...oblivious, and he was more straightforward. it's dragging rn.

It was cute and even though he was 40 he was hot but so was her dad...lol, looking past the age difference, this was a sweet oneshot. I wished there was more.
