High school story. Kasugai just recently started living on his own and his new next door neighbor Shizuku is a girl unlike no other. She's been so sheltered she's never left her house. Of course that calls for an introduction to the world by none other than her neighbor! They're cute together and it may just be my romantic heart but I see budding romance though she's prob clueless about love. It's funny especially when their friends get involved. No big plot.
