This is actually pretty decent, the heat sex was consensual and the main couple was pretty cute. Not bonding is pretty stupid in the omegaverse world, considering how omega heats work. If you have a partner you can trust, bonding only makes sense to avoid the annoying heat that could attract other people. Even more so since rationality goes out the window during heat. That was pretty dumb, at least for me, lol. It would make sense if they waited and dated for a few years before bonding, but it seems like they are planning not to bond, ever.
