Well thinking about it realistically, it's wrong for a child to develop romantic feelings and have a understanding of marriage and the means to fall in love, BUT since it is not the real world and is a shoujo manga, anything is possible, remember this is just a book for entertainment purposes, when reading a manga you got to learn that this and reality are different.
