Seme is possessive out of a fear of abandonment, anxiety, and insecurity, not because he is entitled. I relate to him. It is a pretty happy manga despite that. The uke is not forcing himself to stay with the seme, he stays because he loves him, and he seems like he can stand up for himself if he thinks something is actually wrong. Overall I think their relationship is pretty healthy and it gives me hope that I will find someone who accepts me too
