a comic that is entirely too long for how little there is of anything happening in it. there's quite a few hot scenes but because there isnt enough variation...nor do the scenes further the (non existent tbf) plot or rly teach us more about the characters after a while. they did at first! but by s3 we are really going in circles with the couples tho at least in the case of the secondary couple of Nari and Hannam their constant bickering followed by rough and or dirty sex is considerably more entertaining to watch albeit not esp deep Either. that said not every smutty love story can move both my heart and my lady bits so if i can get it to move at least one of those i should be grateful ya? In conclusion this webtoon is just Okay. i did enjoy it and nothing was esp offensive about it and in a genre full of problematic bullshit that is truly worth commending. it has some pretty great relationship adivce in it too for those of us whom may need such things lol. so yes i recommend it but its not rly a must read. but if u want urself some het smut that isnt written by men then you rly have few options to begin with im afraid and this is one of the better ones that is also available in english. so...yeah.

well im not bored yet. so thats a plus. its not esp sexy as far as ero BL comics go but its def more interesting than viewfinder or my suha was. two bl comics i tried in the same day as this one. whether it'll hold my attention until the end of S1 remains to be seen. but there's def potential. Edit: s1 completed and my favorite character is def Sun Yool. i decided to jump to his beautiful spin off series aka side story about him and his love story and I looooooved it. more than the main series and main couple. tho i do like heejae and jisuh as a couple. there's so much more warmth and fun in sun yool and haeyoung's romance imo. but also those two are jsut more my Type so to speak. tough strong guy whose shy and impossibly innocent and sweet and loyal? yes. and then Sun Yool is both the type of person i'd want to befriend or date. he's just adooooorable. (his temprement is similar to mine. he's such a gemini tbh). anyway, i havent finished the main series yet. im on chpt 42 there. but i did read all the side stories. if i were just rating the sides its def 4 stars but the main is more 3 stars for now. i like it but im not in love with it. and i probably wont ever be. but i def want to read it till the end. (anyway SO glad my favorite boi got his own beautiful and incredibly sexy romance. its what he deserves!). edit 2: finally finished the whole comic and it rly got me in the second half i gotta say. i do love the turning of tables on snakey types like heejae. seeing him cry his eyes out was SO satisfying holy shit. and the fact that jisuh was just petty enough to be happy about it too. *chef's kiss* but also when he said "i wanted to see you defeated by me" i was like daaaaaang. but also...i felt that. anyway this is a good one kids, definitely read. and its probably the most responsible bdsm portrayal in an adult comic ive seen so far. but ofc with the usual disclaimers (was also really impressed with the author devoting several parapgraphs in her end of season notes to clarify that if a guy like heejae appears in your life trying to manipulate u into doing kinky stuff he's "100 percent trash and should be avoided" i was like....this lady gets it. whats fun in fiction isnt for real life dont try this at home folks!) anyway i really felt the care and attention the author put into the character's motivations and relationship once i got past s1 (not it was bad before but it didnt rly shine as much). and im so glad Sunyool got to stay in the story even when his role as romantic spoiler was long gone. and his friendship with jisuh that forms after? SO PURE SO WHOLESOME. anyway Sun Yool is still my fave character but i def adored Jisuh by the end too.

if you can overlook the part where he's her student and thus not even 20 years old yet....then this is actually a cute little romance with decent sex scenes...but thats a big If isnt it lol. that said i'd rather roll my eyes at the impossibly smooth and devoted and good at giving orgasms literal TEEN BOY male lead in this than i do at having to handwave myself thru a female lead going "NUUU PLS DONT~~" for the 100th time during a sex scene and then going "but how does he FEEL about me?" bitch rly? anyway there's none of that here so its a different kind of problematic. i do love me some variety in my questionable smut mangas. also japan has a rly weird fascination with teacherxstudent that i will just never understand...(also WHAT is with all the public fucking in these TL mangas? yall dont have houses? there's nothing sexy about getting fingered in a smelly broom closet with the ambient sounds of school children in the background)

HIGHLY recommend this. its a short read u can finish in one sitting but it didnt feel like frustratingly short. its a very simple conflict thats solved relatively easily and at that midpoint and the rest is just cute fluff and fluff and insanely hot sex scenes. like if u like lots of affection and romance in ur sex scenes my goodness u will be pleased. i like how it was both incredibly filthy yet still so sweet? gah. and Shiro (lmao at the dark skin boy being named "white") is goooorgeous and i love how brown he is. totally my type from looks to personality. altho Makoto is very soft he doesnt feel like a bland "uke" archtype character but more like a shy awkward kid and thats in part because he feels uncomfortable with expressing his sexuality. (when he said he worried he wouldnt be able to find love and have sex cause of his being gay i was like "MY POOR SWEET BABYYY" like i totally know how he feels damn). In conclusion Sakana Tojo (i hope thats not her real name otherwise the amount of fish puns she'd have to hear...) ends her beautiful manga by calling herself a Sappy Sloppy Slow Moving Safe Romance Fetishist and thats really all you need to know!

this is cute and light but not exactly a must read. everyone in it is very beautiful tho. and i do enjoy it when i read it but i also dont feel compelled to keep reading it after a few chpts. its so short at 35 chpts but i've been reading this thing for over a month now cause every few chpts im distracted by something else much more interesting. that said it feels wrong rating it only 2 stars when its so genuinely sweet and wholesome and there isnt anything in particular that bothers me about it? unlike when i rate stuff 2 stars its usually cause i kept reading it in spite of my better judgement lol. but this one rly is quite pleasant. i just wish i cared more about anything that was going on in it at any given time.... (also for a comic named Make me Bark with a guy in a collar on the promo image...there is not neaaarly enough pet play going on. this is false advertising ill have you know!!)

another short and sweet (and smutty!) one for the archives. this one coulda been longer, since one of the leads is implied to be kind of a...sociopath? not in the secret serial killer super scary way. but more like he cant process or feel emotion the way neurotypical people do. i thought this take was very refreshing cause no every human being with this kind of psychology automatically becomes a monster. (and there's PLENTY of peope who arent DSM certified sociopaths that ARE monstrous.) anyway this is not even a big factor in their dynamic nor do we even find out about it until the second to last chpt. but there's def plenty of signs that he's kinda....Off before that reveal. anyway he's a sadist in the way i like, rather than enjoying causing pain both physical and mental, he more just likes to play games and takes alot of enjoyment out of the reactions he can elicit in others. he's also gorgeous tbqh! hes got both the Typical "seme" traits and some more distinctive traits that makes him more than a cliche. same with the one occupying the "uke" role in this story. i will say it seems like it'll be some kind of psychological thriller briefly or at least involve alot of fucked up sex but instead its mostly kind of eccentric? and ultimately pretty...wholesome? it was def not what i expected! and in such a popular genre full of boring cliches and overused tropes. its always nice to read something thats not quite like anything else you've read prior. so i rec this but i do have a caveat which is that once the dark haired guy's true self is revealed to our blonde cocky rich boy bottom...he is like OMG...and then just accepts it. i mean he's more open minded than i would be in his position lol. maybe if the series was longer we would've gotten actual fallout from that reveal but anyway it was still a fun read tbh.

i sure have mixed feelings about this one. like the main couple is rly more of a 2 star story to me. rather its the secondary couples and characters that rly make this interesting. and their story is mostly in the sides. and the main couple becomes alot more lovable in the sides as well. to the point that i felt like the story i got in the main series was not only much weaker but practically by a different author when compared to the far better written and complex relationship dynamics present in the Sides. which rly worked more like a spin off series than just addendums to the main story. anyway its weird cause ic ant rly rec this work cause of the extremely problematic main story that also traffics in alot of the usual unfortunate BL tropes (yall know the ones) and none of it is sexy enough to make me handwave or ignore the problematic af parts of it. however it IS kind of necessary to at least skim the main story to have the context and setup to fully appreciate the side stories which i DO highly recommend. tho they arent without flaws ofc. its def worth reading whereas the main story on its own would be completely disposable (and unpleasant). there's so much warmth and sweetness present in the main couple in the side stories that we never rly got in the main storyline and its baffling to me. in conclusion i liked this alot better than Love is an Illusion and this version of the main couple that makes an appearance in the sides of This comic are also alot more interesting to me than their incarnations in LIAI. in conclusion I hate some of the things she made the main couple blonde dude do in the main series but he sure was a sight to behold. which is to say very hot. too bad he was like a volatile scary bully who spent most of the main series terrorizing his love interest cause thats sexy i guess? (i guess comparatively Dojin in LIAI is less problematic...but he kinda sucks too so. at least i cant accuse this story of being boring considering what a time bomb the Top was...)

its vanilla het and a typical office romcom that you'd find in a kdrama but in webtoon format. its super light and breezy reading and it doesnt even have ANY sex in it so why am i reading it? cause everyone in this is GORGEOUS. i love how the artist draws everyone, esp the guys are really beauitful to look at. and the main girl in particular is stupid amounts of gorgeous. anyway the story is generally enjoyable tho. its not esp offensive or esp exciting but i am intrigued enough to keep reading. EDIT: im on chpt 82 now and Tapas is a few chpts ahead of that. the series is completed now at 102 chpts on its official korean site. but yeah tapas will be finished with this series in another month tops because it releases 3 (yes THREE) chpts per week! what a gift that is. anyway this series has grown on me even more. i just like everyone in it and i cant say that for most things i read. and everyone is still insanely gorgeous like wtf. i would pay this woman so much money to draw porn for me...ahem. anyways, def check it out! (be sure to look for the right chapter on mangago, since the first 100+ are a bad translation of the chinese cuts of the series. The proper releases from tapas are also on mangago now but u need to scroll for them)

um wow i LOVE this? its def the most fun omegaverse i've read. and tbh it rly feels like a story about two ridiculous teen boys falling in love that just happens to be set in omegaverse. its so funny and sweet and super sexy and dare i say? roomaaaantic. tsugumi joins the super short list of omegas and or "ukes" who are NOT to be fucked with. he's a force of furious nature that is more than a match for the fairly strong himself Megumi. but..he's also a total blockhead lol. i love him so much. and megumi is a true gentleman even in the face of a wild dog in human form like tsugumi. aall he wants is to shower his boyfriend with love but his boyfriend is a madman and a fool so...its hard. anyway i highly rec this one folks.

i'll make this short and lead with: I liked this and you should all read it. but it did have some Problematic elements tho imo they are mild and in line with the light bdsm themes in it. the male lead is another sort of oddball with a slightly sinister side like the one in You're My Favorite Toy. however this one doesnt rly have sociopathic tendencies and seems more of an introverted loner type (largely by choice). and the other half of the couple, the "slutty" blonde isnt rly anything like his also blonde counterpart in that story. i read these two very close to each other and saw some mild similarities esp in the couples looks. anyway, i didnt like this one as much as Toy but i did like it alot and altho it doesnt start out too romantic it does achieve a quiet sweetness by the end. its def a believable love story imo. and its the kind of oddball love and smut story that one can rly only find in japanese bl comics (vs korean bl webtoons which have some great entries dont get me wrong! but no one does Weird as successfully and frequently as Japan does. just facts). this manga can be purchased on Renta English and i highly recommend u purchase at least one chpt if u like it (or leave a review recommending it on their site).
