this is a doujin so its NOT canon. but its a nice what if prequel to the main story of yoru to asa no uta which posits that the reason yakuza dude was so easy on yoru is cause he kinda has a big gay crush on him. (but since its a doujin we never see this confirmed in the main series ofc. but man...that woulda been a hot couple yo). ne way its short and funny and a quick read if u rly felt like u didnt get enough of yakuza big bro in the main story for whatever reason lol

I'm not one for age gap romances with an older guy usually BUT when i do read them THIS is the kind of older guy im fine rooting for. they are a cute pair even if im like "sis i get it, he's foine and a good guy but....ur too young for dis. he looks good NOW sure but in 10 years you'll only be 30 and he'll be wrinkling up like shrink wrap". anyway im a bad person but this is a good manga and its worth a read

VERY wholesome and sweet but genuine stakes, so not just fluff. also interesting worldbuilding. the tan boy is beauuuutiful. no sex yet (2 chpts in rn) and idk when or how it will appear but i do know its a spinoff of a much longer BL series that i confess im not in a rush to try out (but i do intend to at some point). anyway i do enjoy my plottier BLs and fantasy genre in general so coupled with the nice art im feeling optimistic about this. it has alot in common aesthetically with sahara no kurowashi but alot more pure, wholesome and uh consensual. its also got less sex scenes overall. (tragic!) but a good story with an interesting fantasy world. EDIT: not sure if completed or on hiatus atm so just gonna put it here for now.

if u can ignore the whole incest part this is a generally sweet story overall. with some decent angst and sex scenes. but that is a BIG if lol. im firmly in the camp of "anything goes in fiction" so i had no problem with it, whole also wishing that it wasnt incest based so more people overall could read and enjoy it. but oh well~
