Blind Play
Alright.. I just finished reading this and I have a few things to say 1. the love that Ah-in talks about is honestly a bit complicated. I strongly believe that he came to 'love' him because it was the first time in his life where someone was willing to do anything for him (even if it meant killing the people around him). There was also the time when he got SAd by the police officer and Ilmo came in and saved him. I think his feelings started to show from that scene onwards. Ah-in started realizing that without Ilmo, he would not be able to survive in this world. He starts depending on him. 2. Ilmo prolly did recognize Ah-in the moment he saw him when he met him by the station. Thats why he knew that Ah-in wasnt blind cuz they had one encounter when they were young and that was the first time someone was thankful for him killing somebody (in this situation it was Ilmo giving the poisoned dad to Ah-in to give it to his father). His obsession with Ah-in may have started then. He also gradually started being tamed by Ah-in without realizing and this was something that fucking copycat called out. 3. AAAAGGHHHHHH this pissed me off soo badd. I was so happy when Myung joon smiled after meeting that detective but goooddd the author had to ruin it alll didntt they. It pained me to see him go without having his happy ending... wWE DIDNT EVEN GET TO SEE THEM HAVING A DATE NIGHT LIKE THEY WERE LEGIT GONNA GET DINNER AND WATCH A MOVIE honestly thats it. A lot of people got killed and most of them (except the copycat killers and that police officer) were freaking innocent. Also I can't believe that in the backstory when they showed Seo Ilmo's dad locking him in the basement and beating him up, I felt bad for that dude like naw. Not saying that his dad was a good man, just saying that feeling bad for Ilmo isnt something I should concern myself with. Anyways, this was a good read but killing of dear Myung joon like that by truck-kun really left a bad taste in my mouth which is why am giving it 4 stars.
