Concierge No Koibito
A pretty cliche yaoi. About a man named Yuuma who is so reliable in almost anything, and his bestfriend, Hinata, who's jealous because he can no longer sit beside Yuuma. When rumor spreads that Yuuma likes someone, Hinata as best friend tries to be helpful. Because his romance life is lacking, he tries to go on a group date, but later he asks help from Yuuma as well for advice. Then Yuuma gives some "bold" advice, such as wearing lame T-shirt and kissing. Then suddenly Yuuma confesses that he likes Hinata. After that, Hinata goes on a date and is immediately dumped. Yuuma comes to his house and confesses again, and yeah, pretty predictable. I don't really like it since it's so cliche, even though the seme is quite hot. 8.5 8 8.5 8.5
Notpia
I've got nothing to say. It's just too dark to my liking. I understand that this comes from 1990-something year, so the art is helpless, but the story... Okay, for those who love dark theme like this, it's gonna be a great manga, but not for me. I can't handle it. The first story was okay tho, the boy knows that the teacher has a doll similar like him to have sex with, and one day he replace it with himself. Pretty good since it ends an happy end. The second... I just can't. The child is beyond repair. He's got a rather psychopathic side in himself by brutally murder a mouse. His father wants him to be a top doctor in the future so he brings him scalpels and surgery tools to practice himself. Then one day he discovers that his father has an affair with another man. The boy watches them have sex. Then his angry mother comes, holding a scalpel, and coming into the room where his husband and the affair having sex. At the same time, there's a thief, holding a huge knife about to attack the boy. Then... scene moves to the mother who succeeded killing those two. The boy, not feeling anything, asking if those two already being a corpses as subjects (I forgot the name), his mother says yes and points at the thief, saying that that man is also for subjects. Then the boy kills the thief. Creepy, right? Yes. Especially there's a scene of explicit intestine and other human organs at the beginning of this chapter. The third story is just an ordinary. A teacher loves his student secretly, and somehow he murders his cat (I don't know the intention) when the boy is in his room, checking on him. I don't really like since the conflict is so flat. Okay. Enough is enough. 6.5 7.5 6 7
Ore no Shiranai Murakami-kun.
Wew, this one is good. Good art, good spacing, good story like. The only thing bothers me is that the uke is so damn timid. He even faints when being touched. Yes, a bit exaggerated, but overall, he's so fucking cute. I like his blushing face and when in the morning after they both have sex, he hides himself behind the blanket while trembling... so freaking cute. And the seme... okay, he's just average. Yes of course he's good looking but his personalities are of those common semes. Sexually frustrated for not being able to have sex with the uke, he seems desperate. There are some silly misunderstanding which are cliche as fuck, but yes, I don't know how the cliche misunderstanding seem just right in here. I hope to see more. There's at least one more couple to introduce in the next chapter. Can't wait for the update. 9 (I like the eyes, full of emotion) 8.5 8.5 8.5
Zantei Boyfriend
The art is so damn good. Of course it is Takasaki Bosco. It's about a university teacher who is always being groped whenever he rides train. And then here comes a hottie seme, who later on asking if he can be his boyfriend and protect the uke while riding the train. So far it's interesting, even though the plot is so cliche. I just love the art. Amazing. 9.5 8.5 8.5 8.5
Danshi Koukouseiteki Kazoku Keikaku!
Chapter 4, 31 August 2016 Summary: Hino-kun is good-looking and a rumored delinquent. Actually, he is a kind-hearted high school student who looks after his young nephew. He can see that Mizusawa-kun is good at making sweets so for the sake of his fatherless nephew, he asks him to,“Please marry my older sister!”But instead, he receives a reverse proposal from Mizusawa saying,“I want to marry you.”...?! Okay, so that's the summary. It's pretty interesting with a good beginning, but the plot is just so cliche and shoujo-ish it made me shiver in distaste. But overall, the art covers it all. Nice, sparkling (or, too much tone), and well-balanced. The kid is just too cute, and too intelligent for his age. But he's so cute (did I say it twice? whatever). I hope to see more. The translations are easily understandable and neat. I enjoyed it though it's cliche. Okay. 9 8.5 8.5 8.5
Hatsukoi No Atosaki
Chapter 4.5 (12 February 2013) Summary: Nishina is doing well at his prestigious company but after divorcing from a loveless marriage his success at work seems empty. A chance meeting at a cafe brings him into contact with the owner, Miyama, an old high-school classmate. It seems that Miyama has forgotten him until he asks Nishina why he's no longer wearing a wedding ring and what Nishina said to him 10 years ago in high school. This one is good. I underestimated this at the beginning since it seemed boring. But, after I forced myself to read through the end, I just realised that it had more meaning that it showed to me. Like, really good. At first I didn't know who the seme was and who the uke was, but it was obvious in some chapter. The seme, Miyama, was bothered by the failure of his first love in high school with Nishina. After ten years of graduation, they met again. Nishina who was married and then divorced because he seemed to not being able to forget his past, and Miyama who just couldn't let anyone love him. Their re-encounter triggered the old feelings from the past, and complicated things even more. But I just love how they got back together. Even though, it seemed like, Miyama still couldn't trust a hundred percent of Nishina's feeling for him. Great, I love the art. As expected from the mangaka of Yuuutsu na Asa. 8.5 9 8.5 8.5
Tsumasaki Ni Kourozu
Chapter 8 (7 May 2013) Summary: N/A It's amazing. I really like this manga since it's different from any other cliche manga. About science, and gods, and yeah, the love is in the air. First story is about fungi researchers. The uke was recruited as a professor's assistant, and then while doing so they came close until one day, the uke realised he fell in love with the seme. When the seme pulled him to go to a beautiful forest at night, the uke confessed, but things went awkward. The other day, the uke resigned. Yet, the seme seemed like couldn't do without the uke. He didn't hire any assistant. Then one day, they met again, and reconciled. It's super sweet despite of the age gap. The second story is definitely my favorite. The uke could see fish in the air from sleeping men. One day, he saw the seme sleep in the library. When he approached him silently, his own fish was pulled inside the seme's body and never came out. Since that day on, he couldn't find his fish. But at the brighter side, his relationship with the seme grew closer. Until he collapsed and was brought to the infirmary. The seme suddenly could see the fish too, and yeah, the uke got his own fish back. But they confessed to each other and kissed. So sweet. I really wish it were longer! The idea is genius. The third story is good also. About a man whose grandfather died. When he came to the grandfather's house, he met a young boy who mysteriously came to the house but in hidden. At first, I thought he was the grandfather in his early life. I thought of incest haha. But later on, the boy kept coming bringing some flowers, fruits or anything from mountain. Until he was found out that he was a squirrel god. It's good, but I really expected for a more twisted one. Overall, this manga is simply amazing. I love it. The art is good even though in the first story it used so much tone. 8.5 9 9 9
Middle School, Third Year
Chapter 1 (25 September 2014) Summary: There is a pervert in the male restroom in the book-store. Beware! This one shot is ... something else. I thought it was kind of prostitution in school life, but actually the one who sucked one's dick was the one who gave the money. It was like ... We got sucked and we got paid. The uke was the one who sucked the dick, while, one day, the seme found him out. He then was offered by the uke, who would pay him 10,000 yen per service. Then every day they did it, until one day, seme asked the uke to jerk off in front of him. The uke did, and then when they finished, the uke gave the money, saying "This is the last time." The seme snapped and got angry. He then forced the uke to explain where the hell had he gotten the money. The tearing-uke answered that he had stolen. So the seme gave all the money back and said that he never used it. Even without the money, he would always be with the uke. So the last scene was a bit dramatic. The seme pinned uke down on the table while money spreading on the floor. Nice. 2.5 2.5 3 3
Unexpected Love
Chapter 1 (6 January 2013) Summary: In all of his 18 year old life, Takezaki Aoi has never received any love confession. Today, suddenly... there it is. A love letter, right on top of his desk! What should he do now...? Does this mean his first love is going to be revealed? It's really good! By why does it have to be only a one shot?! This went perfectly well with the flow of the plot. Everything was planned greatly and damn it I need more. The art is really good, even with the blushing seme it still seemed okay and perfectly fine! Goodness, I need more manga like this. And no! No you can't just end it like this. I want more of their moment and story! 4.5 4 4 4.5
