For anyone who's confused about number 33, basically the omega hired someone to rob him to see if Keith would care/help but the "robber" wen too far and the omega got sent to the hospital. The omega feel guilty for hiring someone to rob him because it effected Keiths work and still doesn't know if Keith truly loves him
