Sorry you feel that way; a lot of us comment under pics and while a small amount might contain mild spoilers, you have the ability to simply not read them. ^^ I’d advise you to be careful when using saved pics as a method of determining whether to read something as you are never free of potentially unwanted pic comments, like what just happened. There was no shuffling this time as you had to look through quite a few of my personal saved pics from that manhwa to reach this one since they happened to be saved in order, but as you said, multiple people could be reading it at the same time thus shuffling them; another risk you take when browsing pics.
