Uhhh I really can't give any advice though.... I didn't learn the step-by-step way of drawing... I just draw what I see.
When it comes to faces like this.... uhh... I guess I start at the side of the face.... and kind of get the general shape of the face.... and then i add the bangs and the eyes and the nose.... and the mouth.... and then I adjust the shape of the face to fit it.... and then i draw the hair and everything else
